The service is awesome. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the parking lot is extremely dirty. I understand the staff shortages but it takes 15-20 minutes to come outside and pick up the trash. Its not appealing to sit in your car while waiting on your order to see garbage everywhere. That is part of the customer experience.

I had not been here for a long time. I went with my relatives who are members. I still not impressed enough to get my membership renewed. After waiting in line for a hot dog once able to order they told me 20 minutes. So I decided after all the lines I would only do chips and a Pepsi. It took the 3rd dispenser to work. Disappointed not able to enjoy the combo! Lol!

Very neat and tidy store. The issue not enough cashiers working to service the customers. Self check out would go down after each customer which would take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to complete your new transaction.

I had 2 items in the self check out, one item I used my EBT card….But I found out later that I could not pay for my non food item with cash. Why do you have a self checkout, if you can’t use cash, the way you do at your Walmart store…..what’s up with that? The cashier line was way to the back while there were 3 empty cashier station. That is poor employee management! And another thing why is your Homewood Walmart manager refusing to stock up on known sellers in that store. And why has there been 6 managers over that store in the last year?? I have had vendors complain to me? I have already placed a call to your main hdqtrs. This is unacceptable. I expected better from your company!

I’m not a sam’s club shopper, I’m a Costco member but I went to this location with my sister as an adventure. And I’m honestly convinced when it comes to their snacks and junk food, they are truly cheap. The variety of snacks is big, but the lack of fresh and healthy options is visible. I’ll still continue to shop here but for the snacks my kids love, but when it come to deals on home and hygiene items Costco is always the winner.

The girls that work there are always playing around, laughing and talking to each other instead of acknowledging costumers.They move super slow. Some of us come to the store during lunch break. They don’t even bother to give say your total or even say a fake thank you. Just very unprofessional compared to other Sam’s Clubs.

I was shopping with 3 other people and we decided to try their frozen yogurt. After standing in line we were told they were sold out. This Sam’s is always out of something and they never let you know until you get to front of line. A sign could avoid this.
