What a truly miserable experience. I made a quick stop at this location, as I happened to be across the water from my usual spot in Newburgh. I ordered two smoothies using the mobile app and expected them to be ready, but instead, I was forced to wait an extra 20 minutes -a total of 30 minutes for just two drinks. That kind of wait time is honestly wild. This level of inefficiency is a disaster that needs to be addressed. To top it off, the service was completely lacking; the employee didn’t acknowledge me, just shoved the drinks across the counter, clearly wanting me to leave immediately.

Very disappointed coming to the store at 6:30 to find the lobby closed, lights off and no one answering the drive thru. As I came to the door to double check the hours (which this location closed at 8) I found an employee busy cleaning up. There were no notices at the door or online about this location closing early. Although smoothie king isn’t my first choice it’s something I wanted last night; however I will go out of my way to visit other locations besides this one.

Man, this place fell HARD. I used to have great conversations with one guy about movies when I went last summer; now, the employees slams the drive-thru window as soon as you get your smoothie. Service has absolutely gone downhill at this location and it’s not even funny. I’ve only been here a few times this year just because I feel like my soul is sucked out of my body upon leaving the drive-thru. Is the owner threatening them, because the employees collectively are so miserable. Also, never in the few times I’ve been here this year have the employees’ Smoothie King shirts been clean or been in one piece; the girl with glasses for instance has giant holes around her shirt. That’s another indicator to me that something suspect is going on here.

First time trying smoothie king. I must have looked lost because a nice employee, Sophia P guided me through the menu and helped me choose a delicious Greek yogurt strawberry blueberry smoothie. I ordered a medium not realizing it’s 30oz and almost $10. Either way, it’s delicious and healthy.
