Visiting my bestie in phoenix and wanted to try something new. Have been seeing chicken shawarma wraps everywhere online lately so we decided we wanted to try it out. We got one to share and the only disappointment was that we didn’t get our own. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the pricing was affordable. Definitely visiting again before I leave!!

I recently revisited Shawarma Factory in Tempe, hoping to relive the good old days from my time as an ASU student. The food itself hasn’t changed—still decent quality shawarma that hits the spot—but everything else has gone downhill under the new ownership. It’s a total disaster.

I ordered just two simple wraps, nothing complicated, and ended up waiting over an hour while my wife waiting in the car. They straight-up forgot about my order! I sat there like an idiot, watching other people come and go, until they finally noticed me lingering and scrambled to start making it. And even after all that, they forgot the extra sauce I specifically paid for. No apology, no refund, just incompetence all around.

My go-to lunch spot! I work right around the corner and come 2-3 times a week. Food is always fresh and flavorful. They also recently reduced prices on my favorite items (shawarmas) so that keeps me coming back. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for authentic cuisine in the Tempe area.

Amazing food per usual! We catered food for an ASU event and everyone loved it The food was very filling, and the service was impeccable! I let them know a week in advance what exactly I wanted, and they helped me figure out what would suit everyone and also helped me with including vegan and vegetarian options! Definitely recommend

I’ve visited Shawarma Factory twice now already and I’ve ordered the same thing. The Fire Fire Gyro with Fries and my experience both times were completely different..

The first time I had it was an absolute knockout–generous portions of gyro meat packed into a perfectly balanced sandwich, bursting with flavor and satisfaction. If every visit were like that, I’d be a regular for life.

However, the second time wasn’t quite the same. A different cook prepared my meal, and the gyro felt noticeably lacking in meat, which took away from the indulgent experience I loved so much the first time.

When it’s good, it’s really good, but consistency is key. Hoping they keep that first-time magic alive in every order!

I love stopping in Tempe during my roadtrips. Had to check this place out. The chicken Saj is excellent and highly recommend the Hawa cola.

Not what it used to be years ago. Not as tasty (chicken was dry and flavor missing). Size of the shawarma was small compared to the competitors, and priced higher. Salad was good. Was hot inside clearly no money has been spent on the upkeep of the restaurant. I REALLY wanted to like this place but there are much better places out there (green corner) so I won’t be back. What a shame.

The food here is awesome. Love the fresh pita bread. The Chicken was good but the lamb and beef were the best. So flavorful and tender. I would definitely come back

This was the best Shawarma I have EVER had (including my visit to Palestine). I got the Chicken Saj. The spices were perfect, the garlic sauce was fantastic, even the seasoning on the fries were great. I was in heaven. 10/10 recommend.
