My complaint is regarding Freddy Garcia, the store manager at Domino’s Pizza, for unprofessional conduct, dishonesty, and failure to deliver a confirmed replacement order.
On January 24, 2026, I contacted the store to request a replacement for an order from the previous day that was undercooked. I spoke directly with Freddy Garcia. During that call, I clearly explained the issue, and he agreed to replace the order. He verified my street name and apartment number during the call.
After waiting over an hour, no delivery arrived. I called the store again to follow up. At that time, Freddy Garcia falsely claimed they did not have my address, despite having already verified it earlier. He then accused me of calling from a different phone number, which is untrue. I explained that I have had the same phone number for years and do not have a home phone line.
Instead of listening or reviewing the call, he repeatedly insisted that I provide the phone number I called from earlier, completely disregarding what I explained. I informed him that Domino’s phone lines are recorded and that his supervisor could confirm that he verified my information during the original call.
His behavior was dismissive, accusatory, and unprofessional, and he showed no concern for resolving the issue or representing Domino’s appropriately. This experience reflects poorly on Domino’s customer service and management standards.
I am requesting that Domino’s review the recorded calls from January 24, 2026 at the posted times attached, investigate this incident, and address Mr. Garcia’s conduct accordingly. It’s two hours later and I still don’t have my order.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve been ordering from this location and hands down it’s been the best experience from other locations in a 5 mile radius. It’s always hot, prepared and made well, sometimes I ask for it well done and it comes out perfectly. Absolutely delicious. Hard working team from what I can tell.

Note that this is what I consider “fast food pizza.” So this is not a gourmet pizza joint. It doesn’t have a particular style of pizza like deep dishes, New York style or a specific type of pizza.
I find the pizza to be satisfactory hot and pretty consistently good.
The service is friendly and good.
The parking lot has many spaces.

The pizza here has always taste good. I’ve had only two issues here that was fixed immediately upon my request. Yet when a worker name Nicole started working at this location their service has went up even higher. My pizza is always hot now and perfect!!! Just the way I want it.
