This was our first time to Buffalo wild wings. They did not disappoint. If you go ask for Ethan you will be treated like royalty. We got the regular cheeseburger with fries the price was like $10 delicious. Taste like a home made hamburger from the olden days. I got the chicken tenders with french fries this is real chicken perfect season. I got the five chicken strips which was like $11 with fries . I got the Caribbean jerk sauce to go with it. We even got the chips and salsa with pico on top. The service was amazing. You couldn’t ask for any better service. The food come out hot delicious we will be going back.

the ginger haired girl taking my order was very sweet and helpful. However, the blond girl that she was working with was very rude and nasty to her coworker right in front of my face. As the young woman was taking my order, the other girl began to yell and cuss at her coworker right in front of customers. I found this behavior very unprofessional and did not make for a pleasant environment. Food was delicious as always, but the incident definitely made me question the quality of the customer service at this specific establishment. I just hope that this behavior could be brought to attention and fixed by management.

I had a small issue with my order, but the staff here handled it in the best way possible. The manager, Robert, went above and beyond to make things right, and his professionalism and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to see that level of service, and it left a lasting impression. The crew was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Robert and the team for turning a simple mistake into a really positive experience.

So, despite being a primarily wings place – I remember an ad making a big deal about their burgers lately. I ordered my usual cheese curds (they were good, crispy, made of cheese – no surprises here) and got the hatch chile cheeseburger as well. I was quite surprised. It had me sitting there like Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction saying ‘This IS a tasty burger!’. Alright so I wouldn’t get the hatch chile version again as it was just ‘hot’, but the burger (cheese, patties, bun) was great. I was pleasantly surprised, would try again. Tried a few wings as well. They were fine. Sauced appropriately – maybe slightly overcooked but after two tall Miller Lites I didn’t mind. Service was great, very attentive and friendly. We beat the evening rush so maybe that helped the experience. Placed seemed cleaner than i remember – we don’t come here much. Good visit overall.

To be at work all day and place an order and not get any type of notification that they so called canceled it really aggravates me. They should have made sure I knew that before I wasted my gas coming here. To be told I should’ve gotten an email and have someone say they don’t sell what I ordered was a lie. For my order to according ti her be canceled early in the day and I have not received any information about that or a refund has me upset. When you order something you expect to get it regardless of what happened. To say oh it was a glitch and I shouldn’t have been able to pay for something is an excuse that I don’t appreciate. And yes I heard a worker say we don’t sell those and yet I asked the person who said they refunded me and she said they ran out. I hate wasting my time more than anything and insincere people make that even worse.

First time here and we wanted some good drinks and bar type food… and that’s what we got. We came in to a friendly greeting and easily found our way to the bar, where Blaike handled our needs expertly. She was very knowledgeable about the new beer they just got and immediately offered a taste without wasting any time. She helped us through our wing order by making it clear… even though they have a lot of sauces. We enjoyed our time here and only dropped the rating due to the dirty appearance of the restaurant, obviously due to being understaffed. The food was what you would expect… not bad, but not fantastic. I’ll say this… hot means hot here.

Really disappointed by how damn hot it is in here. It’s like 90° in here. My wrap was significantly smaller than I remeber. There was no lettus on my buffalo wrap. Over all the wait staff was good and attentive the food was hot and delious.

We tried to eat at this location, but never got seated. We waited for 10 minutes by the sign that read, “please wait to be seated,” but never got sat despite multiple employees seeing us and the restaurant having maybe 5 tables total seated at the time. Ended up going to the Covington location instead.
