We also shared a lemon cheesecake for dessert, which was amazing! The service was exceptional, our waiter explained every dish in detail and made great recommendations.
The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, with warm, dim lighting. The perfect spot for date nights, anniversaries, or any special occasion. We loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our honeymoon!
The description of each dinner got us intrigued to say YES to the dish. We are so happy we did!

The service is top-notch from start to finish. The staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel taken care of the entire time. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, with a wonderful energy that elevates the whole experience.
Highly recommend Restaurant Paradis for anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way!
My wife ordered the shrimp pad Thai, but the noodles were undercooked to the point of being crunchy. It had to be sent back, which meant our meals came out at different times. My swordfish, meanwhile, was quite chewy and didn’t flake apart as a properly cooked fish should. On top of that, my glass of red wine was served refrigerator-cold, rather than at room temperature.
Service recovery also missed the mark — nothing was comped or acknowledged despite multiple issues, which made the $90-per-plate price point really hard to justify.
That said, the desserts were genuinely good and clearly made with care. It was the one highlight of the evening and showed the kitchen’s potential when execution and attention align.
I can see promise here if the kitchen tightens up quality control and the service team adds more warmth and engagement. For now, though, it fell short of the fine dining experience the prices suggest.
Not a cheap restaurant, but it’s Rosemary Beach… So that argument gets lost by default. The meals… Good Lord, the dinner! The bread was hot, fresh, and ready to tell it was baked in house. I must have been starving from all that beach time… And the main course…It’s been far too long since I’ve had a juicier chicken! And the flavors were so spectacular that I had no choice but to nearly lick the plate clean. The ahi tuna for my wife was astoundingly light and very palatable… No hint of fishiness to discern. My daughter had some salad with a medallion filet done at the requested medium that was spot on for my taste. Somehow even after eating my fill and a bit of everyone else’s, I decided to buckle down the hatches and try the ice cream carrot cake… The picture I took was a little late as I had started enjoying it before I remembered to take a shot. Light, refreshing, and great ender for this wonderful restaurant. Even just for a first time experience, don’t stop this joint and make reservations as soon as you arrive to the area!
