Stopped in for lunch. What an awesome Deli. Food was great. Had an Italian Combo with fresh squeezed lemonade arnold palmer. Will be back often! Only $10 for a hero prices are cheaper than a lot of delis in the area. Will be back often!

Had been to Wilkes previously for a sandwich that was stacked with meat and cheese. Decided to come back for wraps and was severely disappointed. Asked for Kathy’s chicken salad which is still on the menu in store and was told they don’t make that at all anymore. They are the skinniest wraps ever seen and barely filled at all. Won’t return again as they are not worth the money they charge for it. The customer service was less than friendly as well.

I was really hopeful and excited for a good breakfast deli sandwich and was really disappointed that the bread was old bacon. Tasteless. I also ordered a fresh squeeze lemonade that had artificial flavors in it. It was unbreakable. I had to throw it away.

Best deli and the nicest people. Every time I order for delivery, it comes prepared so thoughtfully too. The online ordering system is easy to use. Order is always right and they wrap everything up nicely and always cut the sandwich down the middle. They will even wrap the coffee in Saran Wrap so it doesn’t spill and stays hot. Love em! 🙂

Their staff is absolutely amazing. They have some of the best food in Bergen county. The owner is one of the nicest guys and has the best knowledge of food you’ll ever see. The quality of food is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to Anybody. This place has definitely gone uphill in the last year. Their new employee the works up front is awesome He is super friendly. I work down the road out an insurance company And all my coworkers are always telling me how good the food smells. This is always my go to place on Friday. Also out of all of the wilke stores I have been in this is definitely the cleanest by far. The only thing I wish is that they had more meat in the Cheese steak. Other than that this place is absolutely amazing Can’t say enough good things.

We haven’t found a Wilkes where the food wasn’t very fresh and plentiful, but this location gets an A+for service as well. They were very patient with our 4 year old trying to figure out what she wanted to eat and even offered helpful suggestions from their own experience with young ones.

Food is very good with an excellent menu but they can never get a simple 1 person order right, it’s really amazing. I no longer live in town and out of only 5 visits over 5/6 months that I’ve been to Wilkes, 3 of those times they charge me and send me out the door without my Waffle fries with my wrap/sandwhich. Only 2 people behind the counter how hard is that to get right? One time, no biggie. Twice, alright it happens… But 3 times? That is laughable. Avoid this place unless you are prepared to check the order in the bag everytime. New owners are very nice people but they can’t seem to get anything right. Won’t be going back.
