This was good pizza. We took a chance on Fortunatos based solely on its proximity to where we happened to be when we were hungry. I’m glad we did.
Occupying an unassuming suite in a strip mall, we weren’t expecting much. But as soon as we entered we were greeted by friendly staff, ordered some lunch specials and and in a few minutes were eating a very good few slices of pizza.
I think it may have been the owner himself who brought our food to the table and ensured we had all of the accoutrements we needed.
The pizza had a light, thin and crispy crust that was very nice. It was even more impressive because we got the 2 slice special, so this was likely already made and warmed up for us. Cheese, sauce and toppings were all delicious.
Total cost for 2 slices and a drink was under $10. The slices were larger than I would have expected as well.
We’ll definitely add this spot to our standard rotation. Highly recommend if you like this style of pizza.

What is there to tell you? Great place for pizza and subs! Lunch special is 2 plain slices and a drink for $7. 95 and $8.95 for one topping each and.. You can mix and match the toppings! Excellent service and great food.. 4-6 early bird specials as well

Our family found this place one night about 2 years ago and Kelly was our server as she was tonight, she has always been so personable and takes the time to connect and makes us feel right at home. The food is amazing and affordable. Looking forward to many more dinners with our daughters at this quaint Italian Pizzeria with fantastic food!

Absolutely some of the best Italian food in town! I ordered from Uber Eats and assumed with delivery it would have some effect on my orders temp or quality however it arrived as fresh as it would have in the restaurant! The Philly was amazing and even the fries were perfect still. We also ordered the Vodka Ziti and Fettuccine Alfredo that were both full of flavor and sauce. We could not be happier finding this little Italian gem. Prices were also really fair and reflects the localness of this spot. We can’t wait to try more of your dishes!

Ordered the Bianca pie at Fortunautos in Pasadena, It had Fresh garlic ,mozzarella, Ricotta , parmagingo, and we added tomatoes .. Very good pie and it was even better the next day as leftovers! I would recommend Fortunautos off Pasadena to everyone! One good pie.

Disappointed with the pizza I ordered online and picked up Sat around 5:30. Got an 18″ Supreme, but it was dry, hardly any sauce, and too little cheese. Seemed like maybe it was made in advance and reheated, since it was ready upon my arrival only 15 mins after I called it in. This was surprising, so I called today just to see if they’d consider replacing it to try again. However the lady I spoke with (name started with an L) said I’d have to speak with the owner Vinny on Monday. Odd someone on shift doesn’t have the customer service authority to replace one pizza, or ask a manager. I’ll update this review based on the result.

Today, October 25th, 2025 – I came in, ordered a bottle of water, I placed order of ziti pasta with aurora sauce (only) no SHRIMP with some add on veggies onions spinach and bell peppers. As I finish my meal, for the pasta without shrimp I got charged the actual price of $18.50 ( that has shrimp) but I never ordered shrimp!
I told the server, and goes to the lady upfront, I explain also you’ve charged me for the dish of shrimp, but I don’t order shrimp. She was mentioning that they can’t do anything to that, that our system don’t give us things to change, so I say who’s the manager? She says she is, I said please call the owner, because it’s not fair to get charged like this. She was very rude and unprofessional with me. I come here once in a while to have the very nice dish of pasta with veggies and I never gotten this rude behavior. I am not happy…. So, she goes out back and calls the owner ( not sure if she did or not).
I’ve been into restaurant business… this is not being professional charging me for a full dish that has shrimp when I don’t order shrimp.
Aurora sauce is basically mix of red sauce & white sauce. I wasn’t born yesterday.
Once I pay; cashier she said; make sure you TIP!

The inside and outside seating are great. The pizza and dishes are very good. First time for the BBQ pizza and actually works for me. It tastes sooo good. The traditional cheese and white pizza are equally great. I do see the business slow down a bit, hope more people will visit.
Update: From reopening of COV19, both indoor and outdoor are available. The pizza dough is good, but disappointed the meat pizza has cold cuts ham. The price is decent and it is a good quick fix if you craving for Italian cuisine.
