[Ordered Online] 2nd time I’ve been here in over a year & I’ve waited over an hour for my order the 2nd time, only difference it was 2 hours this time & they got my order completely wrong, I paid for a detroit pizza, extra most bestest, & cheesy bread and received 2 pepperoni pizzas and regular crazy bread (AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS). I paid a little over $30 for the base menu items, are you kidding me?? How do I get a refund for this, its beyond me how poorly managed this place is.

This location has its moments where the crew just does not care about quality. The crew needs to take the time to make it like its theirs, plus re-check it as it comes out of the oven to ensure quality of work. For some reason people don’t seem to want to take pride in anything they do any more, its an “oh, well, it’s not mine” attitude. That’s a terrible customer service mindset to have. I have faith in you LC, you need to step it up a notch.

This is what extra ham and pineapple looks like? I did extra because this is what I have gotten before when I don’t request extra. This is what I normally see when I just get the hula Hawaiian. And the pizza was very flat instead of puffy like it usually is.
HOWEVER…I did call the store and explained my disappointment and was told that next time I order I will be credited 2 pizzas. Very appreciative of the fast and satisfactory customer service.

So yet again an issue with this location. I ordered 2 crazy bread combos and was given 1 sauce. I, yet again, ordered 2 custom pizzas with extra toppings and sauce. Yes, extra sauce was done…but the toppings were all in the center of the pizza. Theres about 3 to 4 inches of pizza from the center that has only cheese and no toppings. That causes the center of the pizza to get soggy. And whoever cut the pizza did a poor job. We’re having to tear the pieces apart. I’m done ordering from this location. I will be ordering from the one by el super on mt Vernon. HOPEFULLY they do a better job.
ANOTHER EDIT: ok…so 2 times they got the pizzas right. I was excited thinking, “hey, maybe they’re reading these reviews of all these people complaining about the same thing and they’re making improvements. “
Maybe not. Tonight the pizzas are not what I ordered. Again….this is extra? This is NORMAL toppings and one pizza has half the toppings not on it. I PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS….I EXPECT EXTRA FREAKING TOPPINGS!!! Dropping my review from 2 stars to 1 and food and service are also losing stars

Pizza puffs 10000000/10 careful tho check your food. They forgot the garlic butter and seasoning on mine but i just turned around (3secs out the door) and they fixed it. So no biggie!

This place can get a bit busy, which is expected. However, that should not mean that the quality of the product is less than average. We waited for over 20 minutes, went all the way home, opened our boxes, and the pizza looked like someone was hungry and ate some of the cheese. Why would you sell something like this and think it is okay?

This is the second time we get veggies on the pizza and there’s barely any veggies in it. It looks like they just threw them on. The crust looked good and fair enough amount of cheese, the only reason I didn’t go back and have it remade. I didn’t have a chance to take a picture of the only cheese pizza because it was devoured by my kids but it was super thin on one side and thick crust on the other. The cheese was not added evenly. This particular store needs to do better.
