I ordered 10 soft tacos, meat and cheese only and a Baja blast. When asked if everything on screen was correct I reiterated I only wanted meat and cheese on the tacos, she said yes meat and cheese only. 25 dollars later get my sons food home and every single one of them has loads of lettuce on them I called the store as it’s a little bit of a drive and I picked the food up on my way home and no answer of course.

Ordered a grilled cheese burrito tonight after work got home and first I noticed they didnt bother to grill it( I had one multiple times)I couldn’t tell the difference between my son’s beefy 5 layer and mine because they looked alike. When i did the mobile order i paid for extra meat add pico and i didnt get it at all it looked like i had extra rice i said easy on nacho cheese and sour cream so they left it completely off and didn’t bother to put the fiesta chips on it either the one thing they got right was taking off the shredded cheese the drinks and my son’s burrito. Im never going to this location again ill stick to the one Jefferson. I Took a picture but dont have a way to post it. And it was too cold and to far to go back

Very bad experience literally today,
My husband went here and was rudely interrupted by someone who was invading his space, by leaning near him to look at something at his phone. Its extremely unprofessional to look over someones shoulder at someones phone. Just a fyi, maybe dont do weird shit like that. Grown woman btw.

went back twice and still got the wrong amount and manager wanted to argue that since it comes as a 2 pack ,it counts as 2 orders correct me if im wrong but 4 orders of dipsticks you should have 8 sticks total if they come in a two pack by her own logic

Twice now this Taco Bell has been slow (the slowest Taco Bell I’ve been to). Yesterday, I waited 40 minutes for my order that I never got anyway and just left. At about 20 minutes in, I got my drinks. However, this only happened because one worker rudely (cussing, saying they weren’t helping) told another worker to get the drinks for my order. She got the drinks, but forgot one, so I told her the drink I was missing. Even when showing her my receipt, she went back and forth with me about how “that wasn’t on her screen” like it wasn’t her problem. Then, eventually I got a notification saying the food was ready, but didn’t see it on the counter. I went to the workers and asked if it was ready. The same girl with the drinks told me they were still working on it (she originally told me it would be a few more minutes when I first got there). But then another guy preparing the food asked who I was waiting for, I said the name, but this time he said that the girl (drinks girl) bumped the order to the back of the queue! All I said was “okay I understand how it was bumped to the back, but shouldn’t it be a priority to get out now? People that have come in after me have received their food.” They looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. They said “well now I have other orders in front of it, so you have to wait.” I said “No, they are not in front of it. You purposely made them in front of it by pushing my order to the back – my order is front of the line since it was placed about 40 minutes ago even if it doesn’t appear that way on the screen.” After that comment, all the workers just went silent. To rub it in, the drinks girl just started talking on the headset to the person on drive thru instead responding. I have worked fast food, I know how this system is supposed to work. All in all, I hated being talked to rudely by people that can’t do their job.

They don’t give out cups of water any more and refuse to sell them to you too. Asked for a manager to get a cup of water and no one came out to us. Can’t even buy a cup of water as their customer service has become so minimal that they laugh while telling you they can’t give you water. Also had to remind the kid giving us our food for our cup on the actual drink we got. Ridiculous….
