I got home late after a late show, around 11:30. I tried to go to the Carl’s Jr., but they were closed. So I gambled on Jack in the Box. Suffice to say I lost that bet. I spent five minutes trying to confirm with the woman through the speaker what I wanted. Two Double Jacks with nothing on them, one a combo with a curly fry and a small Dr. Pepper. I was very careful to specify “no cheese, just meat and bun.” After wasting my time watching the screen show all kinds of wrong info (why would I want to eliminate one of the patties from a Double?) and trying to talk the girl through what was wrong, finally she told me to just pull around to the window.
She gave me my order, and I know that I should have checked it on the spot, but there were folks behind me and I didn’t want to waste any more of their time then I already had. Anyways, I ended up with cheese on both my burgers and regular fries instead of curly fries. Ate the fries and tossed the burgers.
I can only blame myself though. It’s what I get for trying Jack-in-the-Box.

They say they close at 2am, sure. Do not show up at this place any time after 1am, or the people inside will pretend you aren’t in the drive thru, until you give up and go away.
I’ve lived right down the street from this location for years and never had issues until recently, not sure what’s going on.

This place is beautiful! I love the pretty plants, speakers with happy music, no dust anywhere around the drive thru, accept the yellow tree/bird poop on my windshield (oopsies)

It’s useless to order from the self kiosk if u going to pay with cash because if u do that and wait, u still need to order it with an employee ( he stated he doesn’t have time to take my order) so I had to wait more time because they didn’t start the order when we did it from the kiosk

First off, check your receipts. The cashier asked if I wanted medium or large, I said regular because I didn’t want an upgrade. He still charged me for the medium… and this is what you get for $13?! Trash. Precisely why I don’t like getting fast food anymore. #justgotochilis
