I used to order from here all the time. The sesame chicken was good and so were the crab wontons if you only stick to those options. Every time I ordered something other than that it tasted gross. The vegetables tasted like freezer burn and sometimes the texture was off. Just permanently put me off because I felt like I couldn’t trust anything they made to be fresh. Although when we ordered 2 orders of wontons they threw in an extra third so I do appreciate that.

I was looking for a new place for Chinese food. I always ate at food King kitchen. Thought I would try this place. Very nice service, but their food tastes weird. I got the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was small pieces and overcooked. Does sweet and sour sauce taste like it was missing something. My husband got the pork lo mein. That tasted a little weird also. I think I’ll go back to my original restaurant.

I love this place !! Fast fast delivery and the food tastes very clean. At first I thought it was a little flavorless but then I realize that they don’t put a lot of oil and salt and I like that ! If you want traditional greasy salty then this is not the place for you . I order shrimp and broccoli with veg fried rice with shrimp roll . The shrimp in the SHRIMP FRIED RICE is not deviled. But other than that I love it’s place and I love that I don’t feel like I’m dying after eating .

I religiously have been a customer of spring kitchen for over a decade and ordered at least once a week. Over the past year i ordered twice first time food didn’t taste fresh or cooked with as much care for quality, but gave them another chance and received beef on a stick which was rotten meat that must of been left out or wasn’t even cooked which I just smelled and became sick. Was very disappointing didn’t review, but recently just spoke to a neighbor who was sick for a day that said he had food poisoning, I asked him what he had? spring kitchen! They don’t care what they serve, horrible horrible food.

What a horrible Chinese take out place. I recently moved back to Brightwaters after growing up here and the new owners are literally the WORST I’ve ever come across. The food is cheaply put together. If you buy something with shrimp they only give you 3 in a size large. The sauce is watery, the meat is fatty and they left out my wonton soup and wouldn’t give it to me when I called back. Awful. The worst. I never write reviews but I had to for them.

The worst customer service you could ever come by. I called 5 times and they kept explaining the delivery would be there in “10 minutes”. After waiting and hour and a half I called one last time. Again, “10 minutes”- here is where I explain my frustration and say I will order elsewhere. Man over phone responds “come get it. “. Truly no one should waste their time even attempting to place an order.

Rudest people I have ever spoke to. Tried to charge us 22 dollars for 2 meals, when we said it was lunch it all of a sudden became 11 dollars when my husband said to cancel the order if they are gonna charge us dinner prices. Then they called back and said we have no money and hung up on me.
There’s plenty of money in our account. They probably just had my card number wrong.
