We went there yesterday for first time, for lunch..but ordered from the main dinner menu. It was recommended to us by a local business person. It has a large dining area, but also a bar but because it was midday we didn’t order any drinks. I had the carne asada and my husband had the grilled pork chop dinner. Both meats were served on a large bed of grilled/ sautéed onions and peppers. Mine was served sizzling on a platter, with rice and refried beans and flour tortillas on the side. The chops came with rice, beans, and sour cream, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.each had a spiced grilled pepper that we avoided as it was too . The portions were quite generous. The carne asada was pretty tender, cooked to my order, and flavorful, but not as strong of a marinade as Ive had elsewhere. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the pork chops, which were moist and also flavorful. The rice and beans were fine, but not exceptional. We brought home about half of each for a second meal!
The menu is quite extensive, and I liked the fact that they had a separate section labeled Vegetarian ( although they sometimes had dairy in the dishes).
The waitress was helpful and friendly and attentive; all in all we enjoyed it and plan on going back.

Food was delicious. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because they didn’t have the first 2 items I had chosen on the menu so I was a bit disappointed. Service was awesome jus when I had a question the person serving me couldn’t answer it but also not their fault. Necessary training had not been implemented. Will be back tho

Had lunch with my Hubs a couple weeks ago, and it DID NOT disappoint probably going back for my Birthday this evening. Both the food and service were exceptional!
We had the steak and Hawaiian fajita plates. The presentation of the Hawaiian fajitas was off the chain. Both were delish, but the Hawaiian plate was more flavorful, both sweet and spicy.

We went in, there were literally 3 tables including ours. There were at least 4 servers standing at the front counter plus 2 additional workers at the bar. We sat there for 18 minutes, no one came to take our drink order much less our food order. No chips or salsa…. NOTHING. After waiting for 20 minutes with no service,we left. As we walked out all the servers were still at the front counter doing nothing. One was adjusting her nose ring. Will not go back.

This establishment acted in a very unprofessional manner and subjected me to racial profiling. I was refused service because staff claimed my ID “didn’t look like me.” In my ID photo, I am wearing a wig and eyelashes; at the time of service, I had braids and no lashes. Despite this, I provided additional forms of identification that clearly matched my name and identity.
Even after reviewing my documentation, staff continued to refuse service and made inappropriate comments stating that I “looked older,” which was unnecessary and disrespectful. Appearance changes such as hairstyles and makeup should not invalidate a legitimate ID. This experience was embarrassing and discriminatory, and I am very disappointed in how it was handled.

Very nice building with great brick work. The staff welcomes you as walk in. With good service keeping your drinks full and food was brought out at a good pace . You will not leave this place hungry.
