I wanted to give a bad review because we waited for 15 minutes to get to order and waited another 30 minutes to get our order but gosh this stuff is so darn good I can’t leave a bad review. Smooth, I mean so smooth, thick, perfection. Perfect size. Good price. Nice kids at the counter. Lots of seating. We’ll be coming back to get a treat with the whole family next time.

Im assuming we talked to the owner, he was the NICEST guy. Gave us several free samples, helped us understand their offerings, checked on us a few times (he may or may not have brought an extra goodie). The italian ice was super yummy, Im not one for slushies or icees or whatever but these were really good!! Will be going back

Love Zeppe’s in Springville! I’ve tried their custard, concretes, and dole whip, and they’ve all been fantastic. The custard is super smooth and creamy – its some of the best I’ve had, especially with their monthly flavor rotation. The dole whip is refreshing and not too heavy. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. Great spot here in springville

Absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to go again! I would and have recommended this dessert place since I went. There is a lot of outdoor seating–some covered and some not. There is also indoor seating. You can order inside, at a window outside, or from your car in the drive thru. The portion sizes were good. Service was quick.
My only complaint is there was a lack of employee knowledge of allergens and ingredients. I called ahead and they weren’t confident about what was gluten free. When I asked in person about allergens or if I could see an ingredient list, they seemed confused and couldn’t provide an ingredient list. I think one item was labeled dairy free on the menu.

My wife and I love this place! The flavors are super yummy and the staff are really friendly. The prices are pretty low for what you get and the inside is very clean! The ices in the picture are the kids size! They are the perfect size for us.
The only down side is that if you go when it’s busy you will be waiting a LONG time. Had to bring the review from 5 to 3 stars. We have been sitting here tonight for about 25 minutes after ordering. This place just needs to be optimized.

Haven’t been in a while and wanted to go do something fun for fall break. My son got a gelata. I saw the picture of a root beer float and it looked good so I got it. We wanted to hurry home and watch a Halloween movie so we hurried home. Maybe 10 min. It was a chilly day too. He ate his and loved it and I got home and mine was just liquid. Root beer and cream which is ok but it was half full and no ice cream at all… nothing like the picture. If it were a hot day I’d get it melting but I was so confused when I got home.
Anyways. Super bummed. Should have snapped a pic but didn’t because we wanted to get to our movie.

Tasty ice cream combined with basically shaved ice mix for a fun combination. Summer nights are awesome here they have a bunch of outdoor seating and it’s set back enough off the road that you don’t feel like cars are whacking by. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t.

Came in here for some dessert with family. The manager/owner there was extremely friendly and helpful. Their dole whip, Italian ice, and custard is fantastic. Extremely flavorful and so many great combinations. The place is clean and has fast service.
