Bruh…for the love of GOD, PLEASE start drug testing your employees. I’m not sure what exactly this is, but I waited 45 minutes for it. I was supposed to have a normal bacon cheeseburger, chicken fries and 2 original chicken sandwiches. 45 MINUTES. And the dude that brought it out apologized and said there were only 3 people…..I know I saw at least 6.

This place is terrible. A person at the drive-thru yelled at me because I asked how much longer I had to wait after sitting there for a while. I had a baby in the car and needed to know if I could stay. He said, “Get out of my driveway!” as if he owned the place. What is wrong with these people? He didn’t even answer a simple question. I will never return. He was lucky I left because I had the baby, but I was going inside for sure. A very unpleasant and nasty experience.

Food is good, if you decide to wait an obscene amount of time. Try to swing through every few weeks to see if just bad day but haven’t left in less than 20 mins not one time with 2 or less cars in front of me each time. Finally learned to not to order their the app and get stuck. They only take one order at a time and wait for that order to be complete and pulled away from the window. Multiple times over a few month stretch I’ve tried to stop in being right off the interstate, same result every time. If you even remotely value your time, don’t waste it here. The one across town hasn’t disappointed when I’m able to make it there

Ordered an Impossible whopper on the mobile app and was shocked by the price for just the sandwich, $8.99!!! Never have paid this much for just the sandwich at any other location. The menu board at the drive thru shows it is $6.89, which is what I normally pay.
Placed the Mobil order and waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins or so.
Get to the window and I’m asked to pull up and wait for the burger to be made. At this point the order had been placed in paid for, for about 15mins.
Not worth the money, the wait or the $9 burger.

This place has gone down hill bad they have people in here that dont care about the business I been here for almost 15 minutes in the lobby didn’t get No help and about 25 minutes later they finally help me this shouldn’t take this long for 1 burger and 1 pie .. the. red hair girl running this place it look like not doing a good job at all. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN OVER 40 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU. STILL GOING DOWN HILL THEY DONT HAVE GOOD PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE AND RUDE GM about how they dont make the doordash foodat all intell they see the person thats delivering it now the order is this over 15 minutes late …people pay online should get there food started when they see it on the screen but they refuse to do so place need different people soon. They just need to close this place down they don’t ever have it open at 6am it. 6:42 right now on Saturday still not open at all. THIS is Saturday at 930 am too they need new owners cause it’s bad noone would come here they dont have anything done. I came back in to add more photos cause it’s almost 9am and all chairs still up the workers not in uniform and the lady in green they got to be manager she is no good and unfit

This was the most insane Burger King experience I’ve ever had. After waiting at the drive through without anyone acknowledging us we decided to go in and order. In hindsight, we should have cut out losses here. We then waiting 40 minutes for two burgers and fries. Watching the workers was like watching people walk through molasses. After about 30 minutes and going and checking on our order twice, our ticket was handed to someone and they said they would start making our food. Honestly, this experience was so bad it was comical and at least we got a laugh.

I’m sorry, but it should not take 20-25 minutes for me to go from third in the drive-thru to placing my order. This is not an indecisive customers fault. You can sit at the speaker for 5+ minutes before anyone speaks to you.
I should add this is not my first time through this drive thru, but I’m making it my last.

Sorry for the long post.
1st, The lady at the register messed the order up on my granddaughter.
2nd. Wife didn’t even get her burger that was billed.
3rd, Wife went up to get this fixed. Lady took an additude, “I had a bad day.”
4th, I opened my bacon king, dumped my fries on the wrapper. Looked at the burger, this is what I see. “Photo”. Wrapper or paper towels, unknown. Take the burger to the counter. 2 employees dropped their jaw. 1 went to get the “manager”. Girl at register…stood there.
By this time, I’m mad. I throw burger on the counter ( as pictured) since they wouldn’t take it. Manager comes up, states I didn’t have to throw it on the counter. “Wouldn’t anyone take it.” I picked up the burger, throwed it in the trash. Manager said he has been trained. Don’t know why he said that but told him he didn’t get enough training. Told him to give our money back due to worrying they my put something extra on my burger.
Suddenly there’s a young girl , no uniform, at the register and shows the “manager ” how to return our money. I guess he didn’t get trained for that nether.

Order was wrong, food was cold, fries had been sitting for a looooong time. Absolutely disgusting food that I paid $15 for. It took them 35 minutes from 2nd back in line until I got my food. Unreal. All BKs really need to be shut down.

I was in line for 30 mins waiting on a cheese burger they are the slowest drive thru I have ever been in in my whole life. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here if they are hungry and need food in a timely manner
