I came to leave another bad review for the same rude woman everyone leaves comments about. Subway please remove this lady from your business. Extremely rude—zero manners and no understanding of customer service. I wouldn’t let this woman prepare my food, even if it were the only option around at 4:30 in the morning. I still said “thank you” and left, as I have bigger issues in my life to spend my time on. Agh!

This place is a joke to have at the airport. No bread options no bag to put my sub in and no bottle water or any options. Only one person works in the morning. Making subs and not changing gloves. The owners need to get a grip on this store. ROC should be embarrassed to have this franchise.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes, a lady walked up and said “just so you know, after we’re done making a sandwich for the lady in front of you, we’re closed”. No sorry, no apology. When I said I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes, she just walked away. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly by a business before. I will never eat at a Subway ever again.

Low quality, high prices. Even for a Subway in the airport, this place is bad. The meats are fatty and chocked with fillers. It doesn’t even taste like what it’s supposed to be. $15 for an 8 inch wrap is insane.

Why is this spot a Subway? Literally any sandwich place would be a significant improvement. If you’re that hungry and the other 5 food options in the airport aren’t appealing, just get a protein shake and done snacks from the Hudson News. Seriously.
