This Zaxby’s location has been consistently making delicious, hot and fresh food. My fiancé and I love coming here to get a quick bite for lunch or dinner!
The service here is prompt, efficient and friendly. The staff are all kind and have always gotten our orders correct.
I usually get their 8-piece boneless chicken in their Wimpy sauce with Ranch to dip, toast and fries. The chicken is always fresh, flavourful and tender, and the ranch is a perfect pairing. My fiancé likes his spice, and usually gets their boneless chicken in their Tongue-Torched sauce also with Ranch dip, toast and fries. His dish has been also consistently excellent!
I definitely recommend this Zaxby’s location for some delicious, budget-friendly food. It always arrives hot, has fresh ingredients, and the staff are lovely.

Had the best experience hot fresh food clean environment kid friendly ! Everyone was smiling, cleaning, and laughing. A place to be at I have NEVER had one bad experience since I moved here 2 months ago can’t brag about this place enough !!

Went through drive through the chicken had green fat or something green on the chicken tenders. The Cole slaw was hot and smushy and spilled all over the cold fries and burnt toast. All of it is trash. Will never go back.

Asking for seasoning on fries should NOT be a requirement. Asking for EXTRA seasoning should not be so dramatic! Zaxbys was known for the seasoned fries. At some point, the seasoning has all but disappeared, so I always ask for extra. Drive-thru kid wanted me to be that HE PERSONALLY put extra seasoning on my fries….I know better, and upon inspection, there was barely any on them. Asking for more, yielded barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. The container costs more!¡!!

Maybe a bad day for the cook but the signature sandwiches we got from Zaxby’s were ok at best. I’d recommend staying with their club sandwich or nibblers which are usually great when they put enough mayo or sauce.

I didn’t complain the first time, when we made it home and my wife had to throw her salad away it was wilted so bad. I thought we would try our luck again, this is what I received for around 8 dollars. The chicken in the middle had been broke in half, not sure who ate the other half. My wife ordered a salad, to discover there was any utensils to cut it with. I ask for a couple salt packages, they were out. Canes is right up the street not even a mile. Save yourself a headache, I was bringing my wife home from eye surgery, she hadn’t ate since midnight. I definitely let her down, stopped and picked up a pizza. I know the owner Great woman, my wife cousins. Hopefully someday she will understand her franchise isn’t being cared for as it once was. We were the only car there, Cane was wrapped and lot was full. Maybe someday these stories will stop, I posted the pic on Facebook and talked about it. Then several comments about the same or similar happenings to them. Sorry

Usually zaxbys is excellent, 6-18 in the evening was a terrible experience. Nobody working the front counter so we had to wait for someone to take our order. After we ordered they left and our food sat in the window so long it was lukewarm by the time we got it. Multiple employees were in the corner cursing and complaining about their job. Normally it’s excellent but the staff in the evenings really needs some help and guidance.

Went to zaxbys today around 11 with my 1.5 year old. They were so incredibly nice and patient with us. They were so incredibly sweet to my son. I will be returning more often it had been a long time. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed
