Can’t go inside…. That a big no for me. I like to eat inside with my family. I don’t like cold food and it will be cold by the time I get home. We ( my family) like to sit together away from all the stuff that distracts us from each other at home. We spend that time connecting and mostly laughing a lot. We only stay for about 20 minutes. It’s refreshing. Not going to happen here.

The manager, whom I assume works the night shift, was very unprofessional. He had a poor attitude and did not appear to enjoy his job. He did not greet customers, make eye contact, or show any basic courtesy. His behavior made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
I do not understand why Jack in the Box allows employees in management positions who lack basic customer service skills. The food was great, but the customer service was extremely disappointing, and that makes a big difference in the overall experience. drive thru

I used to be okay with this location until I experienced discrimination and racism today, got there, the person answered and the next thing he probably muted his mic and would not talk to us, we thought their machine was broken and drove forward, as soon as we left the answered the next person, what???? That was intentional and when we drove forward the boy asked us to go back and Que again?. So humiliating and wicked act, I wish I could give a zero for the review

I remember coming here every weekend to order the Jumbo Jack with Cheese and the Cluck Sandwich when it just came out! You have to listen to good musica here while you wait because the lines are long in the weekend especially when everyone is at the Jaripeo’s..

I usually don’t write reviews but I honestly had to because I was a bit disappointed with today’s order.
We ordered our food online and as we left to head home, I was about to go in to get some fries ( I eat those first thing since I am pregnant and was already hungry from a 1 hour drive) and noticed there wasn’t any, so we had to head back. When we went back to let them know what happened , we over heard one of them speak Spanish and assuming that we already ate them already which WE DID NOT. We had to come back just for the fries. My boyfriend even told the cashier that they can look in the bag if they’d like to check for themselves and they didn’t want to and decided to make some for us, it made me upset because they really assumed and was talking bad about us in Spanish, like if we aren’t going to understand what they said. Love going there but I might have to rethink where to get my cravings at now because of this. Update: we also ordered a Lemon Powerade and it’s unfortunately lemonade. or appears to be Lime Powerade but definitely taste more like Lemonade and we are not heading back for the second time so I ended up just letting it go. I also added pictures of what we got when we first went in. NEVER ate after picking up our order.

I ordered through drive thru a club salad with extra chicken, orange juice, and egg roll. First thing I repeated myself twice and the orange juice was still not added to my order. Second, I was CHARGED for extra chicken, but did NOT get extra chicken. Thirdly, I’m calling the location and nobody is picking up. I do not have time to go back right now. I never do reviews, but I was fed up. It’s always the same thing at this location. Not the first time it happens that they completely mess up my order. They need better management and be more aware of what they are doing.

Man. I should have listened to the other reviews. Went on Saturday around 3:30 am. After getting off work and getting a quick bite. Ordered 4 tacos along w a jr jumbo jack. Burger was ok. But tacos were soggy and old looking especially by the lettuce. Was tired could not go back. Very disappointing thinking to try this location at that time.
