I had such a great experience here. The atmosphere was calm and inviting—perfect for hanging out and enjoying time with friends. The chicken pesto was incredible, easily a must‑try. I grabbed a mocha java chip frappé too, and it was giving all the mocha. I also tried the blue raspberry lemonade, which tastes just like a blue Jolly Rancher. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole place was clean and well-kept. Definitely recommending this spot.

Solomay is such a charming spot with a beautiful ambiance and unique Parisienne-inspired décor that makes you feel like you’ve stepped right into a cozy café in France. The food is absolutely delicious, with both sweet and savory crepe options that are perfectly made and full of flavor. The drinks, whether hot or cold, are just as wonderful. It’s the perfect place to bring your loved ones, relax and enjoy a lovely meal together. Plus, the service is warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. They also have a drive-thru!

Being from Europe I appreciate a place with a bit of Parisian flair and Salomay has that. We found it by accident while in the area and went for a snack. Both, food and drinks, were delicious, we especially appreciated the fresh berries with the Crêpe and that it was not overly sweet (which can be hard to get right with a Nutella filling). The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, even offering to split the Crèpe for us (they are large!). I‘d recommend Salomay and will go back next time I am in area to try one of the savory options.

The ambiance was super nice and the workers were super nice and pleasant. The food was really good, my fiancee ordered the cream cheese bagel with egg! He loved it so much he ordered it a couple of times. The drinks are okay, flavor is good but I like tasting my coffee in my latte, so I like strong coffees but overall still very good. I had the samoa iced latte 🙂

My husband and I go to Salomay for special events like our anniversary and for cute brunch dates on the weekend.
We absolutely love the owner, and we could not recommend this place more. He is nice, informative, and really cares about his cafe.
The McKinney Brunch Special is our favorite savory crepe (ham, avocado, secret delicious sauce etc.), and then The Paris (Nutella and strawberry) is our favorite sweet crepe!

I stopped by here early morning for some caffeine boost as I was in the area. The match drink I wanted was not available but I ended up getting something off the menu, and it was actually pretty good. The honey latte was pretry good as well. The owner was courteous and explained they specialize in crepes, and it smelled good, so I’ll have to give it a try next time. The place is sparse on the decorations but i think the simplicity works.

As usual, I love trying out new coffee places, and this one caught my eye. I am very happy that I came across it. It seems like a family-owned business, and the person at the counter was very customer-friendly. The beautiful, clean white theme adds to the inviting atmosphere. I ordered some seasonal coffee, and it tasted excellent. The food snacks looked very appealing, though I didn’t get a chance to try them this time. I plan to visit again for the crepes, and the items on the counter seem promising for a good taste. The overall vibe is awesome, and I would love to come back and recommend it to others.

My friend and I are out here looking for a good yap cafe with matcha and we found it. We were pleasantly surprised with the location; very aesthetic and giving off European vibes. We ordered the strawberry matcha and a savory crepe to share. The matcha was good but I would prefer real strawberries rather than just strawberry syrup. Like I said it was good but the syrup almost tasted more like raspberries. The crepe was cooked to perfection and it was way bigger than expected. Like I said, we had to share it. The savory crepe with turkey, avocado, mushrooms, eggs, tomato. Service is up front at the counter and they brought the drinks and food to us. Great for small and large groups and a place to study. I would like to come back if I’m in the area and try the other crepe options. Till then, let’s eat!

I want to give a big compliment to Salomay and their team. They provided excellent service catering a baby shower for my coworker. The chicken pesto crepe and the Paris crepe were both delicious, and everything was presented beautifully. Truly a wonderful experience!
