I had a rather large lunch order through mobile app. I’m always a little nervous when ordering Mobile. But this Zaxby’s crushed it. Well done. The 2 ladies (I believe one was the manager) up front were super helpful. The food was ready and waiting and still hot, ahead of the scheduled time.

I have come here many times, and it is mixed from being a wonderful experience to being the most horrendous place ever. I have been putting this review on hault for some time. Overall, the food is usually good and satisfactory, but where this store lacks is service. There are numerous workers who are just rude and completely ruin the mood. Just going off my experience from my latest excursion to this store i was met on the microphone by a lady who was rude. She kept on asking every time I’d finish a plate, she would state, “Is that all” in a very angered manner. I choose to ignore it and go on, but regardless, she is rude throughout the remainder of my order. Whenever i got to the window, i was able to see her name tag, and her name was lydia. Tonight wasn’t the only time though ive been met with rudeness. There have been multiple occasions where workers are just rude. I know other people who tell me this same thing about how some of the workers here are not nice to the customers that show. Now, not all the workers suck. Their are the good ones that are extremely nice, but as stated previously their is an abundance of rude ones as well.

The woman at the register yelled directly into my face from not 3 feet away. I thought she was joking. But no, she goes off like a fog horn at every customer. I’m all for welcoming customers that come in the door but that’s not what’s happening here. Everyone stops like they’re being accosted. Forget having a peaceful meal. This was stressful. My sympathy to her coworkers.
