Employees don’t know English. I ordered, got read back broken english order, and when I got to the window it was wrong. Not partially wrong – like they made up what I said, even though it was read back to me. it wasn’t even a hard order. Zucinni and Light ice.

This Carl’s Jr location is so bad. I ordered the chicken tender meal through the app it was so old. The chicken was shriveled and overcooked, the fries were cold, soggy, and had black bits in them. Just a really bad location for quality food.

Maybe we went to late, lettuce was not crunchy, tomatoes bit soggy and bread was pressed a bit to much.
Besides that it was good taste still.

Stopped in for a burger and fry’s. The time was about 9:45 the place looks closed at first glance from the front , get up to the drive thru and order. Food gets prepped and after 5 minutes a guy opens the window and hands me my order. Iam not out of the parking lot and my small fry that cost almost $4 are cold and old. If you’re gonna charge that much at least serve up fresh fry’s. The burgers were ok but lacked any seasoning or flame broiled taste. Not worth $18 that’s for sure. Iam not saying this to keep you away, Iam just sharing my experience tonight.

Employee working the drive through at 0830 on June 4th harassing me for charity money. Before I even order any food he asks if I want to donate a dollar for their scholarship charity or whatever they were fundraising for I don’t remember. I said “sure”. He then asks me if “that $1 was enough?” Like dude…I’m starving, you asked for a donation, I gave it to you…what more do you want? I just want to order a $5 breakfast sandwich without being begged for a $5 donation. Leave me alone….

I rated the service low cause the employee refused to give me the key to use the restroom until I placed my ordered. So I placed my order first. After I got my food, I witnessed the same employee giving a customer the key to the restroom who did not even place a order. And after returning the key, he walked straight out the main entrance without placing an order. The employee did not saying anything. I felt discriminated. Awful customer service.
