Food was really good. Counter girl did not want to remove herself from her stool. Tables dirty, told dining room was closing 35 minutes before the restaurant closed. No bathrooms for customers. Left my phone on the counter and think it’s rude she couldn’t get up from her stool to bring my food or phone to me just outside the door. Also think it’s in poor taste to leave the outside tables and area dirty before going home. It’s a shame to have such great food tarnished by employees that take no pride in their work, or strive for excellence.

We ordered delivery of pizza and 50 chicken wings.A Variety of flavors of the chicken wings. The pizza was above average but not wonderful. But the reason I am writing this review mostly is because the chicken wings were awful. Simply the worst chicken wings I’ve ever eaten. They obviously were not fresh and 3 days later and my stomach is still getting over how disgusting they were. If you eat at this restaurant do not eat the chicken wings. They are absolutely terrible. They had a very dry, almost freezer burnt old texture. They obviously do not serve a lot of chicken wings at this restaurant because if they did their turnover would be more fresh. These must have been sitting around in the freezer for 6 to 8 months. These were terrible.If I wasn’t still sick 3 days later from them I wouldn’t waste my time writing this review. I’m just trying to save other people from the disgusting chicken wings they serve at this restaurant. The Pizza wasn’t much better. I will never eat at this restaurant again myself personally..

Love this place, the pizza is great and the sandwiches are great too. The cook knows what he’s doing. I’ve only had great experiences. The staff is kind and always helpful. Shoutout to Kaylee at the front. She is always courteous and has a great attitude.

Very yummy. The Roma pizza was delicious with lots of flavor. Pepperoni, hot sausage, peppers, and onions. The roll for the chicken parmesan sub was fresh. Would definitely go back and try another specialty pizza and sub. Small take out place with limited seating inside or outside. Take out business was nonstop as we ate outside and watched tons of orders go out.

I guess I just don’t like NY style pizza if that’s what this is. I’m used to New Haven style pizza and frankly, almost any pizza with the same toppings is better at any decent pizza shop in Connecticut. It’s all about the crust.

Came in to check out a slice with two toppings. Was charged $3.50 for the anchovies on the side. When I questioned why I was paying more for one topping that was on the side than the actual slice, the manager was asked the question in the back. Would not come out to discuss. They said it’s because the gave me more of that topping on the side. Doesn’t make sense, I don’t need a whole can of anchovies for one slice. Good taste great but they swindled me for my money and gave no customer satisfaction. Had to let them know I will never come back if that’s how they charge for food. I honestly would not be here if DeAngelos was open on Sunday. Good food here at alforno but they don’t care about the customer and the customer obviously is not right. Over $7 for one slice with two toppings that they advertise as $3.40

Pizza is delicious. Went Monday night at 8pm and they had no more slices and they were not making any more house pizza. Went back next day 7pm and they had a small selection of pizza and were also not making any more pies for the house. Cashier was friendly but clearly told me 2 days in a row no more pies in the oven for the store. Went on Google only to discover they close at 10pm. That was disappointing.

I have not even tried the pizza yet. Stuffed shells, wow, lasagna? Ohmygod knock me out. Sub sandwich I can not say enough about fresh perfect and everything, everything right. This restaurant is a hidden treasure. Super wow, perfect, every time. Promise you will be delighted.

UPDATE to my previous post: This is why I rave about Al Forno Pizza! I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Wings, and I offered to pay for extra Parmesan, but they said no, they wanted me to try it again and this time. WOW. Now that’s how you do it. That’s how you treat customers! that’s why I changed my original rating from a 3 PREVIOUS POST: I will let you guys be the judge of this one yourselves. I ordered Garlic Parmesan Wings at around 11:05 am. Delivery was just as they said 45 minutes. That’s excellent they’re always on point with the delivery. I’m used to seeing the Parmesan all over the chicken, but today it looks like they didn’t add the Parmesan. I called them back and they confirmed it wasn’t a new chef and he did indeed put Parmesan. Problem is I can’t see it. They offered to give me extra Parmesan next time though. Alforno Pizza is a great company and I have never had any issues until now. I wanna be clear on that. However today, they didn’t add enough for me,not like what I’m used to seeing. Make your own decision.

The pizza here is good. The problem is they’re open till 10:00 p.m. And I understand I walked in late because I was going to order a pizza last minute however, I walked in at 9:41 p.m. I asked if I could still get a pizza and they said “yeah sorry we’re closing” and I said oh well I noticed the hours were till 10:00 p.m. She said yeah but we stopped making pizzas at 9: 40 pm. I literally walked in at 9:41. When I mentioned this she said yeah but everybody’s ready to go home. Oh I’m sorry that one minute threw you off your marker, so if I had been in one minute earlier.. actually I may have even been in at 9:40 p.m. but they were sitting there talking to each other cursing and only caught themselves when they looked up at me. It’s just ridiculous if you close at a certain time or stop making pizzas at a certain time then that should be your hours not what’s posted up there. Really just sick of the entitlement of people when they want to close early in Jupiter they just do, and they don’t care what the posted hours are because “they want to go home.”
