Love little Caesars but this location is my least favorite, every time I go to this location my pizza is the worst. Never has any sauce on it and if it does it’s barely there. There’s also always weird pockets on my pizza. For example today’s. Not sure why

I’ve been visiting this establishment many times over the years, and this location is always hit or miss. This last time, tho they couldn’t even get the right pizza in the right box. I understand it was New years Eve, one of the busy nights for pizza locations, but they really dropped the ball. I ordered 4 pizzas over the phone and then ordered one on the app as I had a $50 gift card I was going to use. The online app doesn’t accept gift cards… or it’s operator error on my part. Either way, the pizza was ordered at 4:45 pm over the phone. I was told it would be 30 minutes. Granted on New years Eve, I figured it would take a little longer. I then ordered online at 5 pm. My online order was completed at 5:30 pm. It was also wrong, but given the number of people waiting in line, I didn’t want to argue. The over the phone order wasn’t done until 5:50 pm. I had plenty of time to have them fix it. Long story short, the 2 people working the counter were amazing. The folks cooking in the back were not. Pizzas were not being cooked in order. Orders were getting screwed up. The wait time was horrible, and they got my order wrong.
I wish this was an isolated incident due to the holidays, but I’ve been a victim of incompetence from this location more often than not.

Usually it’s good (only if you order ahead) but this time there was thick, dark curly hair baked into multiple pieces of pizza. I have straight blonde hair. Unsure if I’ll come back after that.

I put in an online order for a pretzel crust pizza and Italian cheese bread but when I went to pick it up from the kiosk I got an error.
The worker told me that he gave my order away a few minutes before to someone with the same first name.
I was in a rush so didn’t have 20+ min to wait for them to recook.
They offered a pepperoni and crazy bread instead which was nice, but not the same as my order.

Worst experience with a Little Caesar’s ever!! Gave them plenty of time to have my order ready and then when the driver was there to pick up she had to wait 40 more mins. Called the store and the employee was rude, lied and said our driver wasn’t there when she was, told us we were blacklisted from the store and then hung up on us all because we wanted to know why our order was not ready when we gave them an hour and a half to do it! Worst customer service ever! Will avoid going back at all costs!!

5 employees working and there’s a group talking 2 were looking like they were doing “something work related” to look busy. Waiting in line for about 15 minutes with no one saying anything to the line. And the register was a little lost when ordering. I don’t know where he got a cheese pizza from a pepperoni but that’s okay. And forgets my marinara sauce for the bread sticks bundle I got. Also he grab the room temperature bread sticks and not the ones from the warm oven ? Idk but what’s the bags in the oven for ? Seems like everyone was a little bit too high.

We ordered & paid for two hot & ready pepperoni pizzas & two crazy breads tonight. We were told it was a 15min wait. We return in 15mins & the young man said he didn’t place our order. We had to wait another 20 mins. We received our order & a casual “Im sorry.”

Attention sizzling platter LLC
This location has absolutely no concept of customer service, I had tried to place an online order which did not work due to a system glitch. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager tried to enter the deal himself and confirmed that it was not working but offered no alternative, displayed an extremely poor attitude to dealing with me as a customer, when I asked for information on how to lodge a complaint, the manager basically told me there was no way to lodge a complaint. I will be reaching out to sizzling platter LLC as this location is in dire need of coaching.
If I had treated customers this way when I was working for pizza places I would have been terminated.

Today was so busy for them and there were tech issues but they were all so kind and made it up with some free breadsticks without us asking. Great job little ceasars team! And please never change how you make the pizza! This is literally the best location.

Went on a Friday night, they didn’t have my pizza ready in the portal box. We didn’t recieve our thin crust, the employer said “we have been so busy we lost it.” They didn’t give me a regular pepperoni pizza, however when we got home the dough on the pizza was not fully cooked, and all of your items were cold. DONT GO HERE!
