The young lady that took my order at this king highway location had a bad attitude.The moment I hit her door.. i placed my order for a fully loaded beef potato.. THE BEEF ON MY FULLY LOADED POTATO WAS THE EQUIVALENT OF ALPO DOGFOOD IN A CAN.. i should have had the store investigated for false practices or using meats , mint for an animal for human consumption.. the food didn’t even taste right and further.Her customer service was very minimal , and she had an ugly dispositioning.. i wouldn’t encourage anything to eat there.Even a dog itself.. The lesson here is to investigate the meat.Because it really was moist and seemed secondary from what they cook.

Call a head for your order or you will be waiting for a while..well they have a new location the fried chicken is amazing and the fries are seasoned To perfection.it lacks customer service but the food makes up for it ..very poor service.. The customer service is always horrible here but the food is good so always go here when I come in from Cali.

First off they remove most negative reviews to make themselves look good. These people burnt my grandmother’s steak and told me I had to pay again to get it right I really hope they get out of our neighborhood. They are rude and mean. People in the restaurant was at aw when this piece of man said I had to pay to get it right. The manager wasn’t there to show him what my grandmother paid for verses what she received. The steak was burnt and hard like it was old. We will not buy from them again. Watch what God does, you always reap what you sow. This is the Hawaiian grill on Kingshighway.

I’m from California and I wish we had a Hawaiian Grill where I live. My first visit I treated myself because I never known a fast food restaurant to serve T-Bone steak and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality of steak was excellent. It was served with a baked potato, Texas toast and side salad. I ate all of it, it was that good. My drive home was 20 minutes and the food was still warm when I got there. The cost was only $11.99 + tax. I don’t know anywhere else you can go to get a delicious steak dinner for that price and it was served with all the condiments. A cute little pack of A-1 sauce (I never seen before) a pack of Daisy sour cream and pack of butter plus S & P. I will be back to try other items on the menu. Because if the staff can cook my steak order to perfection, I know everything else gotta be good. Job well done Hawaiian Grill

They really need to update their menus across all platforms because everything changes from one order to the next. I ordered the chicken and fish combo plate. It was whole Jack last time, but Jack fillets this time, and one of them was basically inedible. And the nachos are always a hit or miss because they taste fine once but like cinnamon the next 2 times. And none of the combos come with drinks like the menu says.
