We went in today to get lunch to take home with us. We ordered the fried chicken family meal. We were the only people in there, and nobody was in the drive through. The food took 30 seconds. We thought this was odd especially when cooking chicken. We get home and open the bucket of chicken to THIS. We paid $37.00 for this meal that we couldn’t even eat. The chicken was inedible, and we are very disappointed to say the least.

Ordered lunch and requested the 3-piece box meal, all drumsticks, cole slaw for both sides and EXTRA ice in the drink. What I got was 1 drumstick and 2 thighs and NO ice in the drink at all. I understand now why they deserve $15-$18 dollars an hour. If they’re going to be so good at messing up orders they should get paid accordingly. I gave one star because they don’t have zero as an option

We went to KFC for dinner Oct 20, 2025 about 6:30pm. The temperature in the restaurant was very very cold. It was very unpleasant. When we asked the manager if the heat could be turned on, she said she had no control over restaurant temperature and that staff was cold too. Whomever runs this restaurant needs to know that we will never go back to this KFC. Restaurant temperature was very cold and very unpleasant. Owners needs to be aware of what is hurting their business.

I have had some pretty poor service at this location . Tonight 10/12 at 9:15 was the total opposite . Super polite young man ( my receipt says Andrae) I apologized for being so late , he said “ don’t apologize , we are open for another hour” Best service we have had here . Thank you for hiring him

6/20/25 around 9:30pm-9:45pm. I recently had the pleasure of dining at KFC, and I must say — I don’t know who was in the kitchen that day, but the fried chicken was phenomenal. That particular piece of chicken was, without a doubt, one of the best I’ve ever tasted — second only to my late mother’s, and that’s saying a lot.
The seasoning was spot on, the crust perfectly crispy without being greasy, and the meat was juicy and full of flavor. Whoever was behind the fryer deserves major recognition. If this level of quality and care could be consistently replicated across all KFC locations, it could redefine fast-food fried chicken on a global scale.
To the team at Lockport location, job well done. And to the gentleman frying that chicken — keep doing exactly what you’re doing. You’ve set a new standard.

Terrible. The extra crispy chicken had lost all of its coating and was clumped around the bucket instead of on the chicken. The staff was miserable at the drive through. Terrible.

I will NEVER visit this place again! Absolutely no concern for the food they offer, this is my second time (second chance) here, each time the food was inedible…this time I ordered a #13 barbeque chicken strip meal, potato wedge and biscuit, wait was very long but I’m ok with that if food is good, when i received my meal a guy brought it to and handed it to the cashier at the window who handed it to me. I live about a block away so I went home and when I looked in the bag I was upset, the biscuit was broken and lying at the bottom of the bag with no bottom half of it- just the top half and it was broken. Some potato wedges were scattered and some in there container… I was upset to see I wasn’t given barbeque chicken but regular until I opened it, it looked more like someone spilled a little watered down bbq sauce on a section of two of them (not even coated) but forgot one THEN the worst part when I tried the chicken first bite…someones disgusting hair in my mouth. I tossed it. $7 down the drain but I can’t imagine what they’d secretly give me for complaining. It’s like there’s no quality there, no discipline or standards. Where’s a manager leading them? I didn’t see one, just kids goofing around while trying to work and socialize.o

Drove 25 minutes only to get ripped off by KFC. Ordered a 4 piece meal famous bowl and chicken sandwich at 8:15pm. The place was dead the 4 piece was only a 3 piece with only one mashed potato and one biscuit no chicken sandwich the only thing that was right was the famous bowl. Ordered enough food for 3 adults and 1 child and only received enough food for 2 adults. The bag was tied closed with the receipt attached to it with a line that said double checked by but was blank. You have only one job to Package a simple order and you can’t get that right. Wasn’t driving 25 minutes back.
