Everything is good, except the fact that none of the touch screens work to leave a tip for the employees. Why doesn’t corporate care enough about their employees to fix this?? Very poor treatment of the young people keeping your business going in my opinion.

I’m a doordasher who has done many stacked orders from this location. I came in just now to get one, only to have the “manager” in the background telling the order taker to tell me “No”
“We don’t do stacked orders”.
Yes you do I’ve done it like 20 times. So the “manager ” comes out and basically just says the same thing very rudely, refused to give me a reason why, and then when I Unassigned from one order, I tried to collect the other order and she accused me of already taking an order and trying to tell me no again.
They finally gave me an order and the drinks spilled inside the holder all over my car and myself! The biggest joke in management. Do better sonic. Get her out of there.

So I ordered a corn dog and cheese sticks. The corn dog was not hot in fact it was as hard as a rock and cold from sitting so long after being cooked. Cheese sticks were good and fresh. Ice cream was awesome. Cmon sonic… make fresh food when people order it !!!

The front cashier was rude and looked like she didn’t want to take our order. We were the only customers there nobody in sonic instead of greeting us she had a ugly face. The manager took over and was nice and Greeted us and took our order correct with manners and that I really like. That cashier needs training on how to greet and smile and show like she likes to be there and not like she doesn’t want to be there.

Was always on point aside forgetting sauces. But ever since town got filled back up they keep getting drink orders wrong. Wouldn’t be upset but I received a much cheaper drink than ordered and recited on screen.

The worst sonic ever and the manager Kristin is about as rude as they come. Sonic literally hires anyone these days and this sonic is proof of that. They can’t get your order right. You press the red button and wait 10 minutes and you are completely ignored. Approach the inside and then greeted by the rudest manager you’ve ever encountered who insists on you pressing the red button, in which you have pressed 3 times prior and they can’t seem to answer that either. Order a pretzel and they can’t even include cheese sauce. If you go to this sonic, make for sure you avoid the rather large and lazy female who calls herself the manager by the name of Kirstin.
