I just got munchkins from the drive thru.
There was MOLD on them.
I called to let the team know and they asked me if I have a receipt.
I am not looking for a refund or a replacement. I wanted them to know THERE’S MOLD ON THEIR FOOD.

I placed an online order foe munchkins, when i got there , the told me they run out of doughnuts and munchkins. I can pick up the online order the next day instead. I told them i wanted a refund. They saif they will refund me and i am still waiting. They should have never charged my card if they new they run out of food!

Today I ordered 2 of the same coffees. As you can see they are vastly different. Just let the younger girl handle the drive thru. She always gets it right. If you order the same drink every day for a week at least one of those days the drink will taste very different.

They opened up their app again after the car hitting their building saying they have food and you can even order on the app for their location but when you get there they still do not have food.. they are being dishonest to get people there and only have drinks and untoasted bagels.

It’s not friendly and it’s very expensive most of all. A small size matcha latte costs over $5. It’s more expensive than Manhattan. After ordering, I asked for a reward point add it and she said no. I’ll never come here again.

Recently there has been long lines of cars even at 11am. I have waited up to 10min just to get a coffee. You can call ahead for food. One issue is the CARS ARE ALWAYS BLOCKING people who are trying to exist after getting done drive threw. So if you need to get onto Trenton Rd after your done you may be better off if your in a rush at a prime time hour to exist onto Woodbourne rd and then turn onto Trenton rd. Usually staff is quick with getting lines moving. Today I had the most pleasant young girl at the window so that was nice. This location is by far the best on within a 5 to 8 mile radius. I will NEVER return to the location that is off the rt 1 exit. Choose this location over any other in my opinion.
