Don’t order a hot & ready pizza. I ordered one they let me stand in the store for 15 minutes. Looking at pizzas cooling in the warmer. Until people that ordered pizzas behind me got their pizzas. I asked where my pizza was the person behind the counter reached into the warmer and then seen my face. I waited another 5 minutes for a fresh one. No apologies, just another poorly run store. Order online and pick up a fresh pizza! They are to incompetent to give you an old pizza from the warmer.

On Friday, June 21st, I picked up the BEST
Little Caesars Pizza, that we have ever had!
The crust was amazing! It was, so, light and airy!
I would also, like to mention that I met the Manager, Tony, and Liam, who took my order at the Front Counter…Both were Very Welcoming!
I took home 1 Sausage Pizza, and 1 Pepperoni Pizza…My Family remarked how delicious they were! Keep up the good work, guys!

I don’t know what’s happened to little Caesars in the last year but it was sad. Nothing was working, nothing was stocked, even the menus weren’t working! But they had the hot&ready pizzas. Were they good? Were they tasty? No. They were hot and they were ready.

If a manager could speak with your female, hispanic employee with the orange fake nails about digging in her teeth, playing on her phone and then going to touch the pizzas without gloves and without washing her hands that’d be really appreciated.

Update: there was only one employee there today and she was doing an outstanding job cooking and handling the register. In the twelve minutes that I was there, she handled 8 customers and special orders.
Just what you would expect from a quick-service pizza joint. Usually fresh and fast. On this particular trip, we had to return the Italian cheese bread becauae it was undercooked and not fresh but there was no argument and they replaced it.

Never again. I am understanding of a busy Friday night. I waited almost 30 minutes but figured I could run an errand and come back. I came back 30 minutes later they said they “don’t know what happened to my pizza” and I ended up waiting again while they made another. Had I not already paid I would absolutely have just walked away. I will not be coming back

Employee spoke little English did not understand me. Got a premade cheese pizza that was cold rubbery and I think the crust was cardboard. Absolutely some of the worst fast food I’ve ever had. Service is horrible as well an.when staff does actually understand you trying to get a fresh made order is like pulling teeth.
