This is disappointing, I love wingstop back home in Florida. The lady at the counter was very friendly. I ordered a 10 piece LEMOn Pepper and guess what? There was no LEMON PEPPER they were just baked wings. My bf ordered 10 hot wings and they were barely sauced. The corn was tasty as always, and honestly saved this review from being a 1 ⭐️ The fries were good. But very disappointed by the no seasoning on the wings.

I am super happy finally they have a whole new staff. The food is super fresh. All the crew members are wearing gloves and it’s super! The Night Shift manager is super nice and friendly and she made sure my food was correct before I left! Finally, customer service is coming back! I came in on Wednesday night. If the night manager Joycelyn is there your food will be fresh!

Tried to reach out to corporate directly but clearly this company does not care about poor service and causing multiple people to have food poisoning. Placed an online order, ended up being a little delayed to pick up but when I arrived they “lost” my order. Had to wait an additional 35 minutes. Upon arriving home the drums were fatty, had a strange taste and a few were not fully cooked. We didn’t even eat half of the wings we ordered among 3 of us. I have time stamped photos. We held on to them awaiting a return call but nothing. I also have testing showing there was e coli present after being seen. Not good business poisoning your customers.

This Wingstop is my favorite location, but I’m so bummed right now! Look, I get that you guys can get swamped towards the evening with people coming home from work and just placing orders because they’re too tired to cook or they just want a good meal, because Wingstop is tasty when done right. But you guys are expensive, so quality has to be a priority. There’s no reason for my wings to barely have any sauce. It’s not the first OR second time this happened at this location either.
