I came this Burger King today for lunch 10/04/25. A representative named William took my order he was very polite and courtesy. The place was very busy since I was on my lunch break I didn’t have much time wait. If it was possible I’d give this Burger King zero stars. A complete waste of my money. My whopper had rotten lettuce in it (as shown in the picture) and one tiny piece of onion. The rest of the lettuce was just pieces nothing in it was appetizing because the tomato in the burger was soggy and old and withered. This Burger King needs better service all together it’s ridiculous to pay over $30 for two sandwiches chicken fries and one potato fries, just to get nasty food. It’s infuriating

The automated AI drive thru sucks. I asked for 2 beyong burgers. Both no mayo and no cheese. It put it on the screen and asked “is my order correct” i said no cus it only said no mayo. I told the drive thru girl and they gave me 2 regular burgers no cheese and no mayo. My fault for not noticing that it only heard 2 regular burgers and not beyond burgers. Either way that AI thing sucks it didnt hear me the first time

Staff was helpful. I wasn’t aware that the Impossible Whopper was plant based & for total vegans be sure to inform staff to skip the mayo. Taste like whopper except the grilled flavor is missing. Otherwise, a great option to the Whopper.

It’s 10:40pm and this people have the nerves to turn off the lights on me, they need to be open on till 12. There’s 24hr businesses open around them this is very unprofessional on their part. They need to hire employees that actually want to work.
