Just ordered an Italian cheese bread and deep dish pepperoni and what arrived was beyond sad. Both overcooked and VERY skimpy on the cheese. I’ve ordered this before at other little Cesar locations and have had way better like night and day difference and I’m not exaggerating. Wouldn’t order from this location again if this is how they make their food there.

Ordered an Italian cheese bread and a deep dish pepperoni pizza. Both items were overcooked and barely had any cheese on them! This is not the quality I’m used to with little ceasars. This location is obviously very lazy or very poor with how they make their food. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again unless they do better. (Not being a Karen. I just know I’ve had WAY better at other little ceasars locations).

I called to place an order over the phone and the lady that helped me was a young lady I can tell for her voice, She has no empathy at all, I felt like I was bothering her for placing an order. Just found a dead cockroach on the pepperoni pizza that I ordered on 10/18~
Only realized when I went to wrap up the remaining pieces. I would’ve taken a picture-But I was so horrified-I immediately threw everything away!! This is so disgusting!! And they should be shut down by the Health Department!!

I came to get the pretzel pizza and the pizza was made perfect but…. The pretzel salt was on it but it was extremely salty, I asked the employees about the issue and some lady keep arguing that she couldn’t get me another pizza because i order that one and that is how they make them And I should knew it. But my issue was that the salt was extremely salty and I know that the pretzels are made different some with sesame seeds and others with salt i am aware of that coz i am a baker and cook, so they refuse to give me another pizza because i already ordered the pretzel salted pizza, soooo at the end of the story they called a manager and she told them to make me another one but the employee told me… I will make it but this cannot be happening again, you cannot do this again?? Excuse me? I don’t know how this company make the so called pretzel pizza… How I am supposed to know how salty is supposed to be?… This is not Cuba for them to act like that is USA… If I am not happy with the product they sell, I am supposed to get my refund or another product. Little Caesars need to train their employees better I just hope they didn’t spit on my Pizza or did another nasty thing like other people do, I just heard them laughing in the back hopefully they didn’t did anything nasty to my pizza. If you don’t speak Spanish do not go to this location. It isn’t that no one there can speak English it’s that they don’t want you there if you don’t speak Spanish. Food is average little Caesars low quality.
