Placed an order for the last two remaining pastry items four hours in advance upon arriving to the store. I was informed that they were sold 10 minutes ago. That’s the only reason why I placed an order online was to secure. Lost a customer

I went for lunch. When more than 2 people were in line the manager went to register to help and was very friendly. Food was delicious as always!

Late lunch on a Monday. Decided on Panera as a change from typical fast food.plenty of parking. Short line at order station but 7-10 people waiting for food.simple menu with a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups and specialty drinks. Placing the order was easy. It took 20 min for the food to show up. The soup and sandwich was a nice change from burgers. But The sandwich toppings were evenly spread over the bread but the meat was a big roll in the middle so it was an uneven taste experience. And somehow two $6.50 soup and sandwiches ended up costing $35. So while it wS a change, it came at a cost.

For the first time since started frequenting Panera bread which has been well over 10 years, yesterday I purchased the steel cut oatmeal with the strawberries & brown sugar topping. I have had this oatmeal probably well over 500 times over the course of the times I have gone to this restaurant. Yesterday, my oatmeal wasn’t done it was watery like soup and Luke warm. I am not sure what was going on with the oatmeal, it has never been that consistency when I would get it any other time. I know how it comes packaged into the store and I know that they put the package in the microwave to heat it up for I do believe is 3 minutes and then they pour it into the bowl and put the topping on it. I took it back up to the counter and told them that it was not done and could they fix it. So they took it back and 2 minutes later they called my name and I went up to pick it up it looked a little better until I went and sat down and realized that it was still cool and they added more sugar on tops with long with strawberries and the oatmeal was not done. I threw it in the garbage and I left. I will not go back to Panera bread. Panera has always had the best of everything. Am I going to let this one experience stop me from going again. Yes because I am not throwing my money in the garbage can. Thanks Panera bread for the many wonderful years of top-notch service until yesterday September 23rd 2025.

I was vibing with the atmosphere today. Positive attitudes. Seems like the orders were getting out in a timely manner as there wasn’t a mob of people in front of the pickup counter blocking the drink station. Manager/Supervisor kicked it up a notch by making a round asking if the customers were satisfied. Switched it up and tried a new salad. It was great.

Be cautious when ordering form the Niles PANERA bread. Today I ordered 1 whole sandwich and one pastry item. I received a half sandwich as well as the pastry item. I called and spoke to Brian, the manager, who accused me of lying. He also insinuated that the Door Dash driver could have opened the bag and took out half of the sandwich. I told him that the food I received was wrapped tightly, sealed with a sticker and was all inside a bag with a sticker on it. He was extremely rude and he hung up on me when I told him I didn’t want a sandwich credit but that I would like the other half of the sandwich I paid for. I have heard that this happens quite often and now that I have experienced it, it’s very disappointing. A manager who treats customers so horribly certainly explains very well why the employees can’t do their job correctly.The only way this would post is to give it a star – NOTE: Panera Niles does NOT deserve a STAR today.

The menu options at this Panera Bread location are plenty, the French onion soup that I had was very tasty, and the lemonade mint drink was also very tasty!
As for the staff, they are very nice and friendly.
I will definitely be coming back, especially for the French onion soup and drinks!

Got to the niles location at 6pm and they were out of Ciabatta bread – still paid regular price for soup that comes with bread and no Toasted Italiano Sandwich. They don’t make own bread when they run out?? Will stick to local sub shop can’t remember them running out of bread

This was a super friendly location. The manager (I believe) waited on us and was very friendly and suggested I try the new steak sandwich. It was really good. The customer service was awesome!! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I enjoyed his customer service skills.

Ordered pick two.. I got an Italian sandwich and a half ranch cobb salad. Once at window I ordered a sprite. The sprite was terrible but they quickly replaced it… The sandwich was very good and fresh. The salad was mostly hard pieces if lettuce or it was wilted. Tasty other than that.
