My family and I have been going to DiBellas for over 10 years. Even with moving out of Ohio, during our visit we come back to DiBellas. This was the first really poor experience on 2 out of 3 of our sandwiches at this location.
Our meatball sub was perfectly fine, our sandwiches, both godfathers were completely skimped of meats and cheese completely! We’ve never had this issue occur before. Our 14 inch subs were mostly bread! We’re not sure if this was a new policy or just a one time inconvenience.

My wife went there today and asked for godfather as well as oldfationed. Since she did it first time she didn’t verify what did she get. at home we found that instead one sub had no chease on it even though it was requested as well as extra chease as mentioned in the receipt. I must admit that this location was spotted even before on not very attentive to their job. Avoid this location. I won’t go there again definitely

I ordered a turkey sub with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and mayo and when I got back to work, it was missing everything but bread, cheese and turkey. Plus there was very little of the turkey and cheese. For $8.00 I expected more. What a waste. Don’t waste your time with this location.

This place was delicious. I order the Godfather Sub. It was off-the-chart, crazy good. I got the sandwich hot and was surprised to find out that for their hot subs, they throw the meat on a flat top and then put in the sub. What an awesome way to keep the hot parts hot and the cold parts cold. I loved this sandwich.

Wow! Great bread is made daily and the selection of sandwiches is great! Wish we would have tried it soon. The place is booming with the lunch crowd. Definitely putting this on our radar for next trip to area.

I ordered a sub with no onion because of a food allergy got the sub had onions. Was told I would receive a refund or a replacement that it would come me in my email. Well 3 calls and 4 months later I receive nothing and had food that couldn’t be eaten.

My sister and I ordered Chicken Philly sandwiches for takeout from the Warrensville Hts location yesterday evening. We didn’t compare the sandwiches until we spoke today. We both agreed that the chicken was dried out, tasteless and horrible. I was especially upset because I had purchased the largest sandwich which was $17. I will never purchase another sandwich from DeBella’s again!
