This has been extremely disappointing. I’ve ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato many times, and about five different times they’ve given me a brew coffee with milk and caramel instead. It’s honestly unacceptable.
If I wanted a brew coffee, I could make it at home. I come here expecting the drink I’m paying almost $7 dollars for — not a cheap, careless mistake over and over again. Out of about 15 visits, 5 wrong drinks is ridiculous.
At this point, I’m done. I will not be coming back to this location. The service is terrible, and it’s clear they don’t take the time to do things correctly. Customers deserve better.

I went to this Starbucks multiple days in a row, and every single day they got my order wrong. Not once. Not twice. Every day. At that point it stops feeling like a mistake and starts feeling like a tradition.
I don’t even think they look at the orders. I could’ve ordered a tire rotation and they would’ve handed me a lukewarm latte with complete confidence.
When I tried to tell them the order was wrong, they responded with the kind of calm indifference usually reserved for someone describing a dream they had. No apology. No attempt to fix it. Just a quiet understanding that this was my life now.
This place has all the physical features of a Starbucks, but none of the energy. It feels like a Starbucks that gave up. Like it used to have dreams.
By the third visit, I stopped expecting to receive my order and started treating it like a mystery box. What will it be today? Wrong milk? Wrong size? Someone else’s drink entirely? The possibilities were endless, and none of them were correct.
If you enjoy being ignored and drinking beverages you didn’t order, this is a fantastic location.
If you enjoy Starbucks, I recommend going to a different Starbucks.

At this point just avoid this location. I placed a mobile order for a Grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte and it was horrible. I also got a breakfast sandwich with it that was fine, but the drink was horrible! I tasted it and immediately came back through the driveway to return it. They wouldn’t take the previous drink back – due to policy but I asked the guy, Nick, that took my order if it could be remade. Then another person appeared, who apparently made my drink, saying did I want more pumps of syrup! I said no, it’s the base of the drink that taste horrible and has no flavor at all. Adding more shrimp doesn’t resolve it issue. She then got an attitude and said “we have a policy that we can’t take back drinks” and then abruptly closed the sliding window while I was talking to her! Her name is N’Kaiyah and she is rude! She didn’t address the issue of the drink and has no concept of customer service. Needless to say when the new drink was brought to me it was even worse! I will not be returning to this Starbucks again! I am not sure who in the world hired her but she should NOT be making coffee or any drinks for anyone! She is rude and has no home training. I have drinks here before that were good but this experience was awful. In this economy I have other options and if Starbucks doesn’t want my business I will happily take it elsewhere! He behavior was inexcusable and inappropriate. Do better Starbucks, especially for these outrageous prices!

Today the service was good, but drinks took awhile. I ordered on the app and still had to wait a little bit. Looks like only three people were working so service was slow. My drink was excellent once I received it.

It’s 8am, on a Thursday morning, there are 7 baristas, 4 of them standing and talking and the rest roaming around and my order took 12 minutes to prepare. Just a tall frapp and a croissant. One lady brought the drink out and I stood there waiting for my croissant and ended up asking for it. She brought it with a straight face and no apology. Very unprofessional
