Never again. I gave them another chance. Got cheese bread sticks and regular breadsticks and apparently I’m supposed to eat these with absolutely no marinara sauce. When I’m supposed to get one with each item. Your job isn’t that hard. From looking at the reviews this place needs to be shut down by Pizza Hut corporate. Ur job isn’t that hard. Do better.

Told to hold on, hung up on… I called back and was asked what would I want- I explained: I just had a baby a week ago and cannot leave the house so I requested either a refund or the pizza to be remade as I cannot go into the store. Asked for my name and told the pizza would be remade then line was disconnected- no request for phone number, address or anything…

Pizza was 1.5 hours late and cold. One pizza was ordered double cheese and pepperoni, see pics for what was sent. I imagine the box would have had more taste. Order from somewhere else.

This is a if I could leave 0 star review. Placed order at 6:25pm received order 7:51pm. Said it would be ready at 6:45pm. Didn’t even cut breadsticks. Thin pizza’s crust is hard and mushrooms look dried out. Order said ready on screen. Pizza was already paid for online. Young people in back laughing, talking and playing around. Wish I could’ve got a refund.

Always messing up your orders and don’t want to fix it. Burnt my cheesy bread to a crisp, won’t give me back my money today, won’t send out my missing items because it’s too small of an order. The so called general manager Brennen H who didn’t want to give me their last night was not helpful and kept hanging up on me. Corporate gon hear from me!! It’s the principal! That’s not how you treat customers that spend their money on your product. Never again will I order from here. It took everything in me not to ride over there. Stop playing with people.

We ordered on-line for delivery to the house. The app was easy to use. Delivery estimated for one hour, but actually here in about 45 minutes. Both pizzas were to order and fresh. We had no issues with the order or delivery. Pizzas were good and would order them again.

My new calzone inspired meal was a mess. Crunchy and lukewarm. These taste like empanadas lol. I ordered 1 pep and 1 meat lovers, got 2 meat lovers. None of the ranch sauces I paid extra for and the delivery took forever. Now I gotta order some Papa John’s.

Horrible location and lack professionalism. They have young workers in this location who don’t want to work and lack customer service skills. They deliberately leave paid for ingredients off the pizza multiple times no matter if it’s walk ins or delivery. They never answer the phones ever. Whoever is the manager over this establishment, they need to revamp this location fast before corporate is called.

On July 12th I order a cheese pull apart crust pizza. After thee delivery man delivered it. I realized it was terrible. Thee pizza look as if someone had ordered it hours before and never came and got it. I called thee location spoke with a lady who stated she was thee manager and to bring thee pizza back. Once I get there she sends someone else to thee counter to assist me. This poor girl is having to go back and forth with thee pizza because she didn’t want to address thee matter herself. I was advised that she would refund me thee money because the wouldn’t make the pizza again. I got my money back shocked that that was my only option. I called back to get thee operators or regional manager number. She didn’t give there information and tried to blame thee worker for the lack of communication. Stating that she was finishing putting a new hire in thee computer.
Here we are again on 08/22 with another bad pizza. Ordered a pizza with half chicken and spinach. Thee pizza again looks like it has been sitting even with me being early to thee pick up. Thee spinach is very crunchy almost like kale chips. This is sad that they are thinking this is okay. Your pizza and service is trash. I hope whoever reads this pulls thee managers and employees for a refresher training in customer service and food preparation.

I don’t know how they managed to do 2 slices of my hand tossed requested pizza as pan but this is ridiculous. That store needs an adult manager over the age of 35 in there. Way, way too many kids in there playing all of the time. They are either on their phones, playing with each other instead of helping customers or next door at the Chevron.
