I was trying to order a large dunkalatte add chocolate light ice. Then young lady Jessica said something I couldn’t hear about the drink. I ask her to clarify and she start raising voice and speaking to me very rude and belittling. I go into store to speak with manager but there is no manager there. Jessica continues to be rude with me and saying I can come back tomorrow to speak with manager. I end up leaving without my purchase and very disappointed in my experience at this location. If I could rate 0 stars I would due to my experience with Jessica.

The last 3 times I’ve been to this Dunkin they are not able to serve me a latte due to not being able to make espresso. The first 2 times their espresso machine was “broken” and today it was being cleaned. It was 7:15 when I went and they don’t close until 9 pm. There’s no reason they should be cleaning it 2 hours prior to closing. I’m starting to think they just don’t want to make the latte because there’s no way the last 3 times I go there’s something wrong with the espresso machine. Whoever owns this one needs to step their game up and get it together because it’s getting ridiculous.

One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever been at. Wouldn’t recommend. Horrible drive-thru service. To top it off, we ordered that snackin’ bacon, and we maybe received three pieces, barely filled the bag, and our food was cold. $33.25, and $2.49 for that little amount of bacon we got, won’t recommend get getting. My Dunkin’back home, fills that little bag up! Coffee wasn’t that great, and we roughly had to wait 15mins for our food and the customers whom order after us was receiving their orders before we had got our food. Definitely will be check reviews before going to an out of town Dunkin’

This Dunkin needs intervention. Not only do they cheat the system you all have set in place to ensure we get our food quickly by having everyone wait in their parking lot for food, but they told me today their manager told them you cannot customize customer drinks anymore. So I cannot get half the sugar that I wanted and save you money?

Had been a busy, busy day of work and needed a little extra pick-me-up to keep that momentum through the evening. Decided on a staple, some iced coffee from Dunkin’.
If you’re vegan or non-dairy for any dietary reason, Dunkin has quite a few flavorful options to support your caffeine habit throughout the day. For instance, I ordered the Mocha Swirl Iced Coffee, which is a sweeter mocha flavor while also being a non-dairy flavor shot. Mocha on it’s own is quite rich, however, so I softened that edge with some oat milk for a bit more plant-based goodness. The default sugar for a medium iced coffee is 3 “servings,” but I only took 2 since the Mocha itself is quite sweet already. However, I drink black coffee most days so take that advice with a grain of salt (or sugar).
If you’re looking for an easy, quick, and tasty coffee on the go it is difficult to beat the value of a Dunkin’ iced coffee. Looking forward to hitting this spot again soon!

2 very unorganized girls running around doing a one person job. How about one girl tends to guests while the other drains coffee or whatever they were doing. I’m not sure what the point of being open until 8 is if every order in the last hour is garbage? My coffee was so old and BURNT I couldn’t drink it. Worst coffee I’ve ever had. I should have known not to stop at a coffee joint after 7. THAT was my mistake. Close earlier if you can’t deliver a quality product that late. I just hope the grass doesn’t die where I dumped that coffee. Do better Dunkin.

Worst experience to date! Aside from a used glove being in the bag with my food, I did Not receive the correct food and was short a sandwich. One sandwich had no cheese but 2 sausage Pattie’s. I didn’t even dare look at the rest of the food. I am very disgusted and will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Gross! Pretty sure this is not safe food handling. It is careless and potentially a health risk. Serve safe should and will be notified.
