I spent $48 on dinner, it was low quality, bland and in the top 2 worst Chinese food experiences I’ve ever had. The sesame chicken tasted fishy. The sesame noodles were the worst I’ve ever had. They forgot to include an egg roll I paid for. Couldn’t refund me, and said I could get one next time, but there won’t be a next time. Chicken fingers were more like a chicken toe and inside the egg role was a mushy brown mess. The beef skewers were bland and tough. I could go on and on, so disappointed, waste of time and money. Hard to find good Chinese food these days. This is a pic the chicken fingers.

The restaurant was very cold on the inside. We all kept our jackets on. The food itself wasn’t very good, and I unfortunately had to send away the pork belly dish because it was extremely salty, rubbery and just tasted like buffalo sauce. We tried to give the other dishes a chance, but even the sushi was falling apart.

I get takeout sushi from here, and it’s always delicious. I’ve gotten a couple different simple rolls, as well as special rolls and I haven’t had a single bad piece of sushi from them.

Cannot speak for other items of the menu because all I order is sushi but they are AMAZING. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food I ordered ( I order at least twice a month). The fish is good quality, rice is always cooked on point, flavors are there, their homemade wasabi is good. I have nothing but great things to say. I have ordered over 25 times in the past two years I’ve lived here and never once my order was incorrect. I will be moving to a different state next month and won’t be missing anything but this place. Finding good sushi will be an adventure in my new town…

Great place for a quick bite for lunch. I had a salmon roll – very fresh. Also had the sesame chicken lunch special. It was delicious, piping hot, rice was good! Friendly staff as well. Will definitely stop again next time I’m in the area!

My family ate here for the first time this past weekend. I am a foodie and a traveler. I have eaten Asian food all over the world including China and Hong Kong. I must say we were pleasantly surprised to find such great quality food in a small mall restaurant. My wife had the Chow fun and someone else had the Mei Fun. Two of us had the sushi deluxe and the fifth person had crab rangoon and BBQ spare ribs. I had an egg roll and it is the best I have had in CT, so far. The prices are incredible. More like 1980s prices. I have never seen entrées for less than $11 in many years. This place is a bargain. What would make it better would be a liquor license but overall both the Chinese and Japanese food was very good. Service was prompt!

I’m pretty sure it’s under new owners the past year or two. Tried it about four months ago and it was so terrible I couldn’t even eat it. Very greasy noodles, flavor was off. Then thought I would try them again and was very disappointed. Tried the chicken fingers, they were so tiny and greasy and the chicken inside what is this thing as a rubber band and chewy like one!! Had the spring roll which wasn’t too bad, A little spicy than I’ve had before. I felt nauseous . Just was disappointed because I really like to support my local restaurants. It used to be my favorite place for sushi, maybe it’s a chef??
