Good morning! This location is definitely very convinient for our family and many others! However the young Ma Maria seems to definitely need a break. She is rushed and rushed us though our order on the speaker and at the window and seems to be working all the time. Please give this girl a raise or break or both! God bless you!

This location has the worst customer service i’ve ever seen at a dunkin donuts. I’ve changed the location I go to daily because of it. The food and drinks aren’t bad but the workers are extremely rude and blow me off every single time me and my husband go. I keep giving them chance after chance and have seen so many different people working, but not one has stuck out or been present or nice with me. DON’T GO HERE!

I don’t know what part of “dark toast” was unclear, but this came out barely warm and not even close to toasted. Next time, please take that request seriously — I’m not asking for a warm slice of bread.

There is nothing friendly about this restaurant and the people in it. The lady with glasses that had a dunkin shirt, looks like a manager maybe, is so rude and was cursing like a sailor as I’m waiting for my iced coffee in the drive thru. As far as I’m concerned, if you don’t like the job then don’t work there. Someone is more qualified than she is I’ll tell you that. I’ve never felt more like a bother in my life then I did after I left the drive thru this morning. Absolutely uncalled for.

I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes watching 3 employees ignore me.
I finally ask someone to help me they did with ATTITUDE . I paid .NO SMILE, NO THANKS, I was handed my food with ATTITUDE like I had inconvenienced you because you had to do a job that you get paid to do. If they weren’t in such a busy location I would think the employees would eventually put this store out of business. I guess the employees don’t understand that customers keep the doors open that generate money to pay them. If you don’t like your job go to work elsewhere. Just don’t be rude to paying customers. I didn’t come in for your attitude I only wanted breakfast. Sincerely, one unhappy customer

We ordered through the drive through, girl over the speaker was very rude and aggressive. We were asked to hold while we were still figuring out what to order which was fine. We waited a few minutes and then asked “ma’am are you ready?” And she aggressively came back on and said “NO”. My husband and I both looked at each other like nobody, especially in customer service, should be talking to folks like that. Once we got around to the window the girl we were dealing had long dark hair, didn’t speak to us, held out her hand for our card, without a word quickly and aggressively gave us our two drinks and food bag then the card and turned away. After we sat there for a second she finally said “have a good day” but in a way that would make you NOT have a good day. Hence the reason I’m writing this review. Service from this specific girl was awful. Hope this helps!

Stopped in at 12:15pm for some Munkins and donuts.
The racks were practically empty.
I asked the employee if there were any more Munkins, and Her reply was “no that’s it”.

The attached pics are the hash browns that I recieved this morning. I’m not sure why they look like someone already tried to eat them and then spit them back out. It makes sense tho because they tasted worse than they looked. It was like they dipped them in cold dirty grease and then put them directly in my bag. I made my order at the indoor counter and when my food was ready the lady literally tossed the bag towards the counter and already had her back to it by the time it landed. Maybe that’s why the hash browns looked that way? The were very busy…but that’s not excuse for nasty food and attitudes. My tomato basil grilled cheese wasn’t terrible..but you gotta eat it quick or it turns into rubber.
