Just the smell of the bakery from the parking lot draws you in. It’s devine and the bread is as fabulous as it smells.
Just so happened that Beilers ran out of rolls we needed for our Christmas party. Drove down the street to Ideal Bakery and picked them up in person (had to order and pay online first; not a problem).
The service was wonderful! Met the owner – so sweet to us.
You all have a wonderful holiday! Thanks for taking care of us! We will be back again and again for sure. Best bakery in town!

First time visit. On vacation and found the BEST bread I have ever had. The quality goes without saying. I wish we had an Ideal Bakery in Crawfordville, FL. Please open one here. That would be awesome. I just thought I would share my screen door pics. I found it at a Thrift Store. I’m going to re-screen it but I just had to go ahead and put it up for now. Thanks for all!

I stopped in to pick up some bread and they said you now have to order online before coming in. So the man told me to go to my car, place an order online, then come back in and he could fill the order for me. After I go to my car and place the order online, I went back in only to be told I would have to wait until tomorrow to pick up my order.
I return the next day to pick up my online order and there was look of surprise when I told them my order name…there was no order waiting for me. The baker then walks into the freezer, grabs my order, and hands me loaves of frozen breads. I thought I ordered fresh bread?

I have been buying their bread from a store in Union Town, Oh. for the last 2 yrs or so, and this summer particularly, I noticed their bread is smaller than it use to be!! I’m still paying the same price yet getting smaller loaves…. I buy between 5-6 loaves at one time and freeze them to use as I need! However they are noticeably smaller loaves and not sure I will continue to buy them!

I drive or bike 25 miles to buy this bread. I first tasted it during a fund raiser years ago and fell in love with it immediately. Truly is wonderful. Emailed the owner, who was more than helpful, to get locations where to buy their bread. Now some Summer bike rides have a purpose…to get a loaf of bread.

The Health Nut bread is THE BEST bread i have ever tasted. imagine the most perfect bread for toasting and spreading butter upon, or for making the most delicious grilled sandwich of your life!! i live in Columbus and can only find this loaf at Devitis in Akron or at the Cornerstore Market in Munroe Falls–currently being rebuilt. It’s only $2.99 and has flax and sesame seeds so when you toast it the flavor is absolutely divine. LOVE

Yes, you can buy their bread at the factory, hours are 9am-2pm if my memory serves. The healthnut bread is phenomenal, I’ll get a loaf and eat it in one day.
