This needs to be in the running for one of the worst Sonic’s. I ordered corn dog and chili cheese tater tots husband ordered footlong chili cheese coney and onion rings. My corn dog was cold in the middle not sitting cold it was refrigerator cold. Tater tots was half fries and half tots very little chili I don’t like their fries so needless to say I ate nothing. Husband coney bread was hard 4 pieces of onions and so much mustard very little chili. Onion rings medium order just pieces not actual onion rings and it looked like a half order. I have gone to this several times and the same outlook every time. Come on sonic you can do better.

I go to this Sonic pretty often but am pretty disappointed in today’s order. I ordered a medium ched r peppers (so I could split them with someone else) and just got home to find out they only gave me 4. I’ve tried to call 4 times and it’s like a busy/out of order tone. If they weren’t so expensive, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but I basically paid $1.25 per cheddar pepper pre-tax. Also, the one I got to eat had some weird looking stuff.

I ordered a simple Coca-Cola with sweet cream when I picked up my drink there was no sweet cream that I paid additional for so I went back through the drive-thru so she could fix it and whatever she put in the drink tasted disgusting and so I went through the drive-through again and asked her if there was something wrong with this sweet cream because it just tastes like water and she told me it was half water half cream which sounds disgusting if I’m paying for sweet cream I want pure sweet cream. I asked her if she could just put ice cream in a cup with the Coca-Cola just to give me the vanilla creaminess but instead of doing that for me she just gave me another cup of disgusting fluid that looks like mop water and didn’t look anything like soda so I called for a refund but it was a joke and it feels like the little girl with glasses was just being petty. Never going to this location again.

ordered a hotdog with a coke, and a cherry limeade slushie and when we got our food…. there was no food. just the WRONG drink. AND THE CHERRY LIMEADE WAS missing MOST of its flavoring isn’t there. i basically got a cup of shaved ice. absolutely ridiculous. i am so sick of there being AT LEAST one problem EVERY TIME i come to this sonic. STOP HIRING AN ENTIRE STAFF OF TEENAGERS.

We waited 5 minutes in the stalls, no service. Waited 5 more minutes in the drive thru, got service and only ordered two strawberry shakes but everything was taking FOREVER. There was only one other person there. Do better!!

The girl in the drive thru act like she didn’t know about the deals and she had a attitude like she didn’t wanna be at work and the manager allowed it very poor service would never recommend anyone to come to this location unless yu want to be disrespected

Overall just rude and messy. The lady at window with the eyebrow cut was rude. I asked ez veggies and sauce. I got a chunk of lettuce and so much mayo, mustard, and ketchup that I had to scrap most of it off. Btw half of the sauces and tomatoes was even on the burger just wrapped in with it.

I recently visited Sonic and had the pleasure of being served by Sarena. The service was exceptional! Sarena was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, even checking in to see if I needed anything else. I was impressed by their professionalism and positive attitude. I highly recommend Sonic and commend Sarena for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Are drink carriers really that hard of a concept? You say you have to select a drink carrier or ask for one but when I do I still don’t get one. Wouldn’t it be common sense if someone has 3 or more drinks a drink carrier is kind of a necessity? I mean one person in a car with an order of up to almost 5-6 drinks at a time and a regular customer and request drink carriers consistently and never get them. But the car hops are super excited to pop some attitude about it. Only good employee is the male in his 20-30’s who is friendly and actually attempts to provide good service and HE WILL GIVE YOU A DRINK CARRIER!!!!! I’ve gotten past me paying for extra flavor or fruit and never getting it but really tired of having to balance my drinks across my parking lot and yard into the apartment complex. I shouldn’t have to horde drink carriers because they are to lazy to provide or order the. Hell that if the stall are actually working. You all just reopened from renovations how can it still be such a disaster.

So I ordered the sausage egg and cheese, I took 3 bites into it looking for the sausage and cheese. It was mainly rolled up egg in a tortilla. I called them on the speaker the manager said there’s plenty on there. Where I ate half of it and it was just made horrible. She wouldn’t remake one for me and just stared. I did get a refund though. But will not go there again. The other Sonics are way better and nicer people. Sonic on Harrison makes the breakfast burritos better.
