The food was typical, freshly prepared but average for fast food. The young lady who took my order and served my food on the other hand had a smile on her face, she was polite and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. She moved with a sense of urgency and handled several tasks while serving customers. They need more folks like her in customer service rolls.

Cienna should not be working at your establishment with the kind of treatment I just received at the drive thru. She didn’t respond to me asking a simple question to get my burger lettuce wrapped. Instead she slammed the window in my face for absolutely no reason at all without responding then opened it back up to tell me to park around front. I understand your job is not great but that’s no reason to treat everyone you come across with a horrible attitude.

The worst customer service I have seen in quite a while. After patiently waiting in line and doing the Pee-pee dance for quite a long time, I asked for the code to use the restroom. The lady refused to give me the code until I bought something, but I do not have time to sit here and make an order when I need to go pee first. I told her I would order after I go to the restroom, she was very rude looked me up and down like I was some homeless person and said that I could only use the restroom after I made a purchase. Needless to say, I went across the parking lot to use the restroom at the gas station and got some food there.

Restaurant was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and inviting. Food was fresh and delicious. I’d definitely come back to this location.

Came in at about 4:15 PM. There was one customer in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. Lucky timing. I was quickly helped and upsold on Jalapeno Poppers.
I’m subtracting 1 star from atmosphere due to the lobby and some tables not being clean, despite not being busy. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and quick.
I ordered a double jalapeno burger with an extra patty as a lettuce wrap and an unsweetened tea. With the 9 piece Jalapeno Poppers, my total came to $21.47. It was brought to my table quickly and smelled mouth watering. I was feeling ravenous, so I may have made a bit of a pig of myself. The meal was delicious!
In short, would I recommend this location? Yes. Will I be back? Absolutely.

Easy RV access to the parking lot. Long parking spots for truck and trailers. Short walking distance from semi truck overnight parking lot and fuel station. The restaurant setting is bright, very open and comfortable. Large clean restroom and convenient on off I-5 access. Very friendly customer service. The food was brought to the table quickly and the fries were hot! 🙂

We had a great day and came here for some lunch around 2.30pm. The place was very clean and modern. Seats were an interesting choice of hard plastic but I get it…easy clean up. We ordered our food and we sat drinking our soft drinks. We sat and talked and laughed and play with our baby and she was laughing up a storm. The whole store was loving it and watching her. An amazing employee, I think his name was Matt, brought our order and he had included cookies for each of us. He was very kind. I have no complaints about this store.
