So I ordered a Combo #9. I’m not the one to usually complain but anytime I get fries at Burger King they are crispy and yummy. This time they looked gross and terrible. I asked for new ones she said they are cleaning out the fryer and they all will look like that. Ew, should’ve cleaned out the fryer way earlier. My burger was good but when I asked for a refund I got the “you can’t get a refund on something you ate already”. I’m confused about the you rule thing, all I got was it’s all your fault our fryer looks like shit. I just wanted decent fries, surprisingly I got a refund for the fries only. I didn’t even eat my fries.
Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location, what a shame because I’ve used this location before and no problems. Who ever worked 2/3/2026 at 9:30am needs to be correct on customer service because the i don’t care attitude is annoying

This location has a wonderful General Manager but the employees as whole are great. I don’t make this claim lightly as I’ve been here so many times. I either get double cheeseburgers or breakfast burrito jr’s. My girlfriend always gets an ice cream cone as she claims its the best ice cream in the area. I’ve ate at other locations and none compare. This morning I went to the location closer to my house and my breakfast burritos had no hash rounds…sigh. The hash rounds balance out the spiciness of the sausage.

Half of my food was fresh today.So that was a plus. But their grease is always dirty, last time I came here at 9:15 and asked why my hash browns were so greasy and covered in black spots. The lady said that it was because they were changing the grease and I was early. So she took them back and got me another hash brown, that looked the exact same. Sogging with so much grease that it seeped through the bag. I wish I could upload a picture. Today, the hash Browns were fresh but still extra greasy and covered in black spots. A waste coming here!

If giving a negative review was possible I would. I have never dealt with more rudeness in an establishment until today. It’s like everybody doesn’t want to be here and they’re forced to be so everybody else is gonna be miserable in the process.

I don’t know what each Burger King is doing, but they are rocking it! Both this location and the Jungermann and 94 locations are always staffed with exceedingly friendly staff and the food is always accurate and cooked to perfection. Keep it up!

Absolutely unacceptable quality. Not sure what else to say. Typical mumbly person trying to take your order using the least amount of breath possible. The frozen drink was a bubbly, soupy mess. The fries were not salted. The nuggets were dripping more than a neckbeards back sweat. There is absolutely no way that the positive reviews on here are legit. Do not come here unless your standards have dropped below the earth because frankly, you’ll feel like you’re leaving this planet after you eat this mess. AVOID
