Absolutely blown away. The pho is great, bun bo hue is fantastic. I got the clay pot dish as well. Great flavors all around. This is a smaller establishment, darker, cozy ambiance. Service was great. We were seated in the corner away from the main hubbub but we were taken care of. Prices very reasonable. Will come again!

I think the food is absolutely delicious. The domyum hotpot is fresh delicious experience. Their special grill pork dish is very delicious as well.
My husband’s family are all from Vietnam we might make a drive just for them to taste this delicious food.

Absolutely loved our visit to Saigon Cuisine Restaurant here in Greensboro, North Carolina! Their Vietnamese hot pot is the highlight : the broth is a flavorful Thai-style Tom Yum that’s tangy, aromatic, and so comforting. The seafood and veggies are super fresh and served in generous portions. Perfect for 3–4 people to share
It’s fun, cozy, and so delicious.
Highly recommend!✅✅✅

The quail and Thai hotpot are amazing! Especially if you like flavory hotpot with a little sour, seafood rich soup. This is something you cannot find anywhere else!

I ordered the number 56 on the menu. It was so good I doubled back tonight and ordered it again.

The food I ordered was very good starting with the fried spring rolls with fish sauce. My entree was Spicy Shrimp. The shrimp were a bit tough but were excellent tasting. I only gave 4 stars for service because, even though friendly, other tables were getting better service. When ordering a spicy dish routine beverage checks are in order. I ran out of drink and had to wait sitting and not eating. I will return here for another go because the food is worth it and I hope to explore other dishes. Please give my review a thumbs up. Thank you.

It is authentic Vietnamese food and the menu items are usually a hit. Prices are very reasonable, especially for lunch. I have become a regular here because it’s such good food. We come at least once a week. The owner is super nice and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

They have a lot of authentic Vietnamese dishes to choose from and the flavors are fantastic. Can’t go wrong with the rice platters or Bún Bò Huế (spicy beef and pork noodle soup). If you’re more adventurous, definitely try out the fermented fish noodle soup. The hot pot is also very good.

Saigon Cuisine Restaurant, located in Greensboro, specializes in authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their menu features dishes that are rare to find elsewhere, providing a unique dining experience. The food is consistently flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the rich flavors of Vietnamese cooking.

The attentive service ensures that guests are well taken care of, although there are moments when the wait staff appears overwhelmed due to high demand. Notably, their fried rice stands out—a delightful dish with a smoky aroma and wok hei flavor.

However, it’s worth noting that the interior of the restaurant and the parking lot could benefit from renovation, as they currently appear dated and worn out.

Edit: today was much better than usual. Crispy noodles were great and wife ordered special off menu item.

Been here several times. Food is well made and dishes taste pretty authentic. We sometimes eat in and order to-go to bring home cause it’s 1.5 hours drive from home. When we visit Zoo we come here for lunch.

I ordered take out for me and my boyfriend and the food tasted very off. Old, no flavor at all. The Pho broth had red tint to it and very dark. And meatballs very dark as well. It has never been like this before ever… after eating a few bites I stopped and ended up with a tummy ache. Me and my boyfriend ended up nauseous and vomiting til the next day. This used to be the place to eat for me and my boyfriend but the last few times have been terrible. We won’t be returning
