Last 3 times in a row, customer service left much to desire, I get it’s busy however customer service is branding for business. 1st time my order was refused because they were too busy and couldn’t take my order. 2nd time it was like they were annoyed that they had to come and tend to the register. 3rd. Time this person straight up had no phone etticut whatsoever and straight listened to my what I had voiced politely and rudely hung up. Your food is good however not only do we pay for the food, that should come in hand with good customer service as well.
The atmosphere was straight up busy! Not so much inviting . Get your food and be gone!

On 09/17 my family ordered 4 pizzas. One pizza was ordered with extra sauce, it arrive with NO sauce. We called the location as soon as we discovered this and explained the situation. We were promised a free replacement pizza the next time we ordered. Upon calling the location on 10/30 to get the free replacement pizza we were told there was no record of our issue on file and therefore would not be getting our free replacement pizza. Obviously unhappy with the outcome I tried to work with the manager, asking if there was anything they would like to do to rectify the situation, perhaps a few dollars off our order for the inconvenience. The manager flat out refused, he told me we were “out of luck” and there was absolutely nothing that can be done. I was completely flabbergasted that the manager was so rude and condescending. I asked the manager for the number to corporate, as I would like to make a complaint, he stated there was no number he could give me. I then asked his name, he told me he “didn’t have to give me his name”, Mind you he said his name at the beginning of the call, I didn’t take note of his name at the time because I didn’t think the call would go as bad as it did. I am left to believe he was choosing not to repeat his name because he didn’t want to be named in the complaint. The manager of this store has absolutely no interest in providing customer service or solutions to issues. Needless to say this Domino’s had lost our business. My next email is to corporate. Domino’s has worked hard to improve their image over the years it’s a shame managers like this drag them down to the bottom of the list in terms of customer service and care.

My order was correct. Staff was polite. Store was clean. Food tasty. But where is the cheese and green peppers on my Pizza? And at this Store you have to pay for all condiments. Anyway, try the Philly Sandwich, it was delicious.

If u want to order pizza for pick up the restaurant closes at 11 pm but they deliver at later times. I put my order at 10 50 pm and the manager called me to tell me this information but she handled it and took care of my order even though they where about to close. I was really happy that she made my pizza was well done and it was done quickly will definitely be going back.

One of the worst pizza’s I had ordered from. I had ordered 2 $5.99 pizza’s for Catholic Charities Guests. I had called twice, and said to Lupe disregard the order because 1, they said they don’t deliver the $7.99 special pizza, and 2 because they said they didn’t have Italian sausage slices as toppings. So I called again to finally order something, and so I did. I ordered 2 $5.99 special pizza’s for delivery with two toppings.
Yes they were upset, why I could not understand why. And this is what happens next:
The pizza came out looking horrible and the taste of the sausage got me sick, and there was no extra cheese. Everything just looked disgusting. I had to apologize to the guests at church.
This was the first time and my last time ordering from this domino’s. I think for now on, I’m sticking with Paisano’s Pizza in this area, and stop giving other pizza places a chance.
