One of the coffees we got was the same exact color of a paper towel. It was basically just blended milk. The food was just okay. We both got melts the cheese was melted but the meat and bread was cold. Very disappointing to spend $40 on cold “melt” sandwiches and milky coffee.

First time in this cute little shop! Cozy Cow was the cutest place, great atmosphere! I got a large white chocolate hot coffee and my son got 2 scoops of the mint ice cream. I think the scoops were a little small, skimpy for two scoops, but he liked it. I love my coffee, drank it fast it was so good. Decent size. Paid $15 for both of those items.

My family and I have attempted to visit The Cozy Cow whenever we walk around downtown,but we always miss their open business hours. But not today! We walked in, (only because the open sign was on), and discovered that they closed in 8 minutes! They ladies were super friendly and graciously helped us and we’re so grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service! We had a custom banana split (cotton candy and peach ice cream), peach ice cream and buttered crunch ice cream. Each flavor was delicious and great quality! We will definitely be back when they’re open and operating so that we can get the full Cozy Cow experience!

This is a typical average coffee shop. The service was “blah”. It looked like our barista had no clue what she was doing and our lattes tasted as much. The person that took our order seemed annoyed to help us or answer a simple question.

I love coming here with my girls. The food is very good and affordable. Two hamburgers, a fountain drink, and a medium coffee is 25$. My girls love their ice cream and smoothies. This place is perfectly placed for our days in the park. Service is always great and workers are nice. It is a little crammed inside, that is the only con though.

My family went for the first time yesterday(it was my second time but the first time was over a year ago) and the majority of the time we were the only customers in there. The food was good, but the service…what service? We were expected to tip at the counter but the 4 employees working would not even answer answer our questions about where we could find an extra straw(they ran out), they did not bring us our food but shouted “your food is ready” and put it on the counter. When we ordered to-go coffee on the way out, they never even told us it was ready or put it on the counter for us to see. After 10-15 minutes of waiting I walked up and saw it sitting ready in their prep area. They were just in the back socializing. If I want what I ordered, I can either make it at home or go countless other places in town. Not impressed, won’t return.

The staff member with brown and black hair and a nose piercing was incredibly kind — no greeting, no total, and no thank you either. When I politely mentioned that my change seemed off, she immediately complained to her coworker right behind me.
