The burger and fries was great like always, the wraps on the other hand, it would be more appealing if the chicken was a whole chicken strip instead of the cut up chicken.

Did 4 stars only because I got a wopper Jr and didnt realize the portions have changed it was about the size of a slider rather then a burger. But I always used to love bk but not to sure I like all the changes that have happened the bread seams less dence also. Otherwise good service.ob I also got the new SpongeBob pineapple float. Its just a pineapple freeze but it was good more of a pina colada flavor.

This was probably the best food I have ever had from Burger King! It was all hot & fresh. The special orders were all correct! They also have a lot of new options. They even offer half fries & half onion rings available. They have cheesy tots, chicken nuggets & mozzarella fries.

I placed an order in the drive through at 1:41pm. I was told to pull around because the cheesy tots needed to be made fresh. Great I thought! I love food that was cooked recently! 5 minutes later the food was brought to my car. I ate a fresh hot cheesy tot and we were on our way to no more hunger; and only for $40! What a deal! But then… I tried a fry, and a nugget, and the sandwich.. all cold and hard 🙁
They made me wait to cook fresh tots, and then threw a bunch of old expired food in with them that were obviously long over their hold time of 15 minutes. I assume since there was no one else there that this was food that was made over the lunch hour and then sold to me an hour later instead of making it fresh when they obviously had the time to do it. What’s worse is that the employee working appeared to be a manager. If BK is going to charge as much for a meal as a local restaurant does, the least they could do is make it hot. Please try.

Every time I go there they ruin my order. Never use the online app because they never have anything in stock that’s on the app. One time my chicken sandwich was harder than rubber. I physically couldn’t take a bite out of it as a male in my twenties. This place is just unacceptable. Seems to be run by teenagers every time I’ve gone there in the last two years.

So, we stopped here to grab a few cheeseburgers for our toddler before making the rest of the trip home. Literally one of two cars in the drive-thru and NOBODY inside eating. We waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru for the car in front of us to get their food. Once we got our 2 cheeseburgers with ONLY ketchup and light on the ketchup, since we were feeding a toddler, too much ketchup can get rather messy, I open the sandwich to find BOTH cheeseburgers have everything BUT KETCHUP on them. Are you serious? The receipt on the bag said ” 2 cheeseburgers 2 light ketchup” but the burger wrappers said no ketchup. How do you get that wrong with literally TWO CUSTOMERS?!? It’s absolutely absurd that something so simple could be so messed up. We had to turn around and go back, as my toddler doesn’t like the taste of mustard and can taste it, even if it’s one drop inside a sauce, but there was NO OTHER SAUCE to even mask the mustard. It’s very disappointing since this location is the closest to our home, and we pass through Waverly on the regular, but this simple mistake just costed them our business for a while, if not indefinitely.
