We are from Mound City and stopped for the dinner buffet. This restaurant was no disappointment, the buffet had fresh foods. Salad bar was fresh, variety of side toppings, pizzas were fresh, homemade cakes, and cookies. Someone was always checking on us and getting refills. For 2 people it was cheaper than most restaurants. The building was quiet, clean, restrooms clean, and staff were polite. We would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

LOVE Pagliai’s, have been enjoying this pizza place since my days at Northwest Mo State. Had the opportunity to eat lunch there today with my wife! Had everything on the buffet I remembered with a few new add-ons! Salad bar seemed a bit expanded! Grear dessert pizza, cookies, waffle fries, cheddar bites!! Love the Choclate goo! Good service and buffet was reloaded quickly and kept nice, clean, and organized.

Recent changes to long time recipes. Service is not the best, there were 8 staff members I counted at my last visit in addition to the owner. Service was still slow as everyone was focused on delivery orders and not the 7 families dining in. The owner was not friendly and infact ignored customers. Thete was absolutely NO teamwork. A huge disappointment. Maybe take out is better.

Having worked those pizza ovens for 3years in the late 70’s, I was disappointed with the disorganization, cleanliness and lack of friendly service. The pizza was burnt and I question the quality of the toppings. One disadvantage of ordering carry out, it’s too late by the time you taste the pizza. Brown would be very disappointed.
