If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m livid. 10 bucks for this burrito bowl that loterally looks like it’s someone’s left overs and they just put more beans with it. When I called the store. The manager Edward was no help whatsoever. Did not offer to make a new one. Asked for a refund and he said he isn’t authorized to give them out and the store owner Heath will be there tomorrow. I’ll be calling again and I’ve already called corporate and of course their voice-mail is full lol. This is the 1st and only time I’ve gotten food from this place. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

While the burrito was ok, the chipotle sauce wasn’t taken off like asked and I hate the ringing feeling I get in my ears when I eat spicy food, on their behalf though I should have known better because every time I ask for no chipotle I get it anyways so I’m deciding to just give up on Taco Mayo. If you like spicy food or don’t like to change your order then their food is decent. They make it correctly just not if you change it in any way.

Not what it used to be that’s for sure. I ordered the taco burger with tots. The burger was okay but the tots were not good at all. They were wayyyy over cooked and the grease needed to be changed. And it was expensive for a fast food place. I coulda went to the Garage and got better food for the same price. Won’t go back.

We went through the drive-thru. I don’t like the flavor of the tacos but my husband does. I’m not too fond of the combination burrito but I do like the bean burrito. I figured out I’m just not crazy about chili powder. Seems like a lot of the Mexican restaurants are heavy on Chili powder. I typically like Mexican food either in Texas or in california.
