I have been here three times now after my mom had recommended it as it was somewhere she used to go.
The quality speaks for itself the ingredients are fresh and it’s overall very flavorful! If I lived closer I’d go here for breakfast 10x more often!! The works are friendly and work fast! It can get busy but trust me it’s worth the wait if you have the time!! I imagine it’d also help to order ahead if you’re on a time crunch.
In the photos are a custom bagel and the all-nighter, both tasted great! The all-nighter’s chipotle aioli was spectacular and gave a small kick that went perfectly with the fresh eggs, cheese, and bacon! As for the customizable bagel the spread was really good and didn’t take away from the flavor from the fresh ingredients. I cannot stress how fresh tasting the eggs are and how much flavor is in these bagels. So check it out if you have the time!!

Our attendant was upbeat and friendly, shared with us little modifications that made the bagel (which, btw is chive and onion schmear) in
Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well kept.
Food was prepared quickly and held together well. We were too excited to eat to take a photo. Coffee was plentiful and exactly what we needed on a Sunday morning.

I get bagels for work every Saturday morning. The best experience I have had was with Kevin. He always had a smile on his face and engaged me in conversation. Engage me in a conversation and he is always in a good mood and has never gotten my order wrong once. Which in today’s world is hard to say. He is a huge asset to your company and someone who will keep your customer Base solid. You have an excellent employee at Einstein‘s.

We eat at the Schaumburg location 2 to 3 times per month. The bagels are always fresh and delicious. Kevin and his staff are friendly and courteous and make our experience enjoyable.

The bagels are amazing. Such a wonderful selection. Get the breakfast sandwiches, especially the All nighter. Wonderful food and Wonderful service, which is why I keep coming back! If you manage to get there when the bagels are fresh, its worth it. They taste so much better fresh.

Was here two three times third time was my last time I had several gift cards so I went there ordered some bagels and went to the cashier to scan em pay she did that while I had two three dollars left on the last gift card I was like let me finish the card so I grabbed a Coke to pay.On the cashier there was another lady instead of scanning the coke she told me I didn’t pay for my bagels I ordered recently which I did and plus she said I owe $18 more plus that Coke I told her I did ask the other lady that scaned it No no you didn’t you owe. Got me mad I had to put my fingers into the trash grab back the gift cards with receipt and show her plus I called the lady before to see that I payed you did you did I scanned it well this other lady says I didn’t and I owe money plus she’s yelling at me her additude.So those couple dollars I had left to buy a Coke gave it to a Customer behind me waste it they are making me stupid here a fool theif whatever didn’t buy the Coke left it. Was extremly mad grabbed those bagels that they made 45 minutes and walked out never entering there again.You buy something pay later they make you stupid or a thief which I wasnt
