I ordered 3 large pizzas online when I got them not only were they medium pizzas in a large box but they look like they had been shaken up my toppings were all over the box. I called up to the store and spoke to Steven who claimed he was the manager and I asked for my pizza to be remade and redelivered. He said ok and hung up. I called back and said I just wanted to make sure you were going to remake my order. I asked if he had my address and he said yes… I asked what did he have down and he hung up on me again. I called back and addressed him a bit rougher because I’m confused on why you keep hanging up on me. He was very dismissive. He then told me it’ll be about 30 minutes and the driver did deliver the pizza and knocked on the door, practically RAN away and left my pizza on the ground. This place is ridiculous and I will not be ordering from here again.

I placed an order online, to be delivered this afternoon, for 18 pizzas for our HCCA football team and to celebrate my son’s birthday! I called in to confirm the order this morning as I got an error message for payment. The associate in the store was SUPER HELPFUL and patient as we worked to resolve the payment issue. He confirmed the order and the delivery was made as requested. The pizzas were literally piping hot, FRESH and delicious! All 18! Best service, food and delivery I’ve experience from Domino’s. Thank you all for your efforts in completing this large order- on time. We truly appreciate you and enjoyed the pizza!

I never received my order! The manager was rude and inexperienced! Tried to get him to reach out to the driver! I literally saw a car with its hazard lights on slowing down, but then pull off! My order status went from out for delivery to complete! I called the store right away to try to get the driver to turn around because I was literally standing on the front porch! Never had an issue with receiving my food from that location in over 4 years until now! I will be reaching out to their general manager as well! Very disappointed!

We ordered 10 large pizzas for a kids event we were having at Trampz. The pizza was delicious because there wasn’t any left at the end of the night. I was helped by Gabriel who offered to help me carry the pizzas out to my car. Excellent customer service by going above and beyond what was expected!

Won’t be ordering here ever again I kept calling and was not able to get in contact with no one I ordered wings and cheesy bread and the wings was soggy with little to no sauce and when I tried to call to request a refund all I got was a robotic voice that answered my call. Customer service ain’t customer service no more. I don’t want no free food I just want my money back the food and service is so not worth it.

I have been coming to this location for a while. For the entire time they have been able to provide great, consistent service. The pizza and other food they prepare is always made very well on a regular basis. The staff at this location are also attentive and friendly throughout the shifts. I would recommend them over other pizza locations in the area due to their consistent quality of food and service.

After waiting over an hour for delivery, during which time the order was apparently remade twice if the tracker is to be believed, I received two cold pizzas that were “cut” in the most haphazard way possible. One pizza had over half the pie in one solid piece with a few tiny slices cut, and the other pizza had the marks of a proper cut on top but the dough was still all in one piece. Normally my orders from this store arrive in a timely manner, still hot and with no issue. I don’t know why today was different, but I was very disappointed.
